I had a serious issue with my tooth and experienced the worst pain in my life. I called Urban Smiles and they took me in right on the same day. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Mironov did an excellent job taking care of my tooth. He took his time to explain all my options to me and made me feel very comfortable and stress free. My husband recommended me this dentist, so far I can tell he runs an honest business, Jessica is very helpful. I do plan to go back, I have witness both 'the good and the bad" of the dentist.
I don't require much work, so I don't often see him, just the hygienists. There was an stressful moment where he was very short with his staff, which it made me feel uncomfortable, but I have also seen him being extremely patient with a patient in his native language. I am well familiar with that look of horror of seeing a (medical) document/form and understand nothing. Never seen a boss (doctor/Dentist) literally sit down with the patient (customer) and explain things. (Not even at a law firm, where it's required!)
Plus the location is awesome, it gives me an excuse to visit my favorite French bakery!

excellent dentist. careful to make only necessary treatment and explains options well. Office is run well and receptionist, Jessica, is friendly and helped to ease any worries. I definitely recommend this dentist if you want to get good dental care.

Dr. Mironov was great. I actually travelled from Alaska for a series of appointments with him. He takes the time to help you understand your options and then makes sure the work is done to your satisfaction. He shows extreme patience when having to make adjustments over and over.
