Dr. C Family Dentistry

This was my first time going to Dr.C my experience was fantastic. Kalie was amazing and made sure I was always comfortable and doing okay during the whole time. This was my first time getting a cavity, being told you have cavity’s can be humiliating Kalie showed how I was not alone in these situations and shared her own experiences with me. Even though I showed up at the end of the day the ladies still had an amazing attitude and were full of amazing energy. Jaelyn who was at the front desk had amazing customer service skills and was very nice. The price was very affordable and I will be recommending this dentist to my friends and family!

I started going to Dr. C Family Dentistry in September 2020 and through my first few visits I am really impressed. First of all, it is by far the nicest dentist office I have ever been in. Beautiful lobby area, all the latest technologies, and sparkling clean. During your appointment you have the option to watch Netflix. When your service is done, they provide you with coffee. The practice also offers Saturday appointments and early appointments during the weekdays. All of these amenities are nice but the best part about Dr. C is the care you receive. I have a fabulous hygienist, Trisha, who goes out of her way to make sure I have the healthiest mouth possible. I am a challenging case with a pretty severe case of gum disease but Trisha has done all she can to help me, including chatting with my previous hygienist in South Carolina to understand my previous treatment plan and what worked/didn't work. She doesn't hesitate to promptly answer my questions if I contact the office for clarification on a recommendation and she communicates openly and honestly about my care options without being too pushy about anything. I haven't gotten to know the dentists too well so I can't say much about them yet. This practice is busy and growing so you will most likely have to make your first appointment for a date a couple months into the future. If you live in the Spokane Valley area I highly recommend Dr. C.

This might be my third review I’ve ever done (a couple on Amazon?). But my experience was so great I decided to take the time to write one on Dr. C Dental. EVERY interaction, from front staff to hygienist to Dr. was wonderful. Such genuinely friendly people who you can tell all enjoy working with one another. This was my first appointment with them and I’m not going anywhere else. Very considerate to your comfort and very thorough but gentle with cleaning(so appreciated, not sore at all).Beautiful and cozy and clean office. Thanks again specifically to Ivy, Katie, Ashley, Taylor, Georgina, and Dr. Ball!

I tried Dr.C for myself and got some implant work done. The office is so great that I moved my kids over. They are so considerate and the customer service is excellent! My 11 yr old ended up having her first cavity and Dr. C (Amy) was so comforting while doing the filling. I would recommend this office for anyone, hands down.

Everyone at this office was nice and welcoming which helps take some of the anxiety out of the equation so you can enjoy their exceptional care. I like that they have Netflix to help entertain and distract you, and since they have a complimentary coffee bar it smells more like a pleasant coffeehouse than a dental office. I have to go for a root canal in a couple weeks and I actually have no anxiety over the procedure that was well explained by the dentist and the assistants.

On top of all that since I’ve had a lot of medical expenses lately they were willing to work with me on the cost further relieving me of financial stress. Believe me when I say this is the best dental office I’ve been to, and that’s why I took the time to give this review!

Being a first time patient here was easy. The staff was welcoming and professional. My dental hygienist, Rachel, had big shoes to fill after my aunt retired at a different practice and to be honest I couldn’t tell the difference between the two. My dentist was Dr. Steph, she came highly recommended by a family member while I was looking for a new dentist. She gave me a fair, honest, and thorough assessment with no fluff which was very appreciated. Would recommend giving this dental office a call if you’re new to the area or are unsatisfied with your current dentist.

My review is that everyone should be taking their children here! The entire staff made us feel welcome and everyone was extremely helpful. I have never felt so hurt at the dentist office. They aren't rushing in and out. They heard me, as a mother of a first-timer, and they responded in a way that proves they listened. Not only is the setup kid friendly, the atmosphere is fun, and you get a free drink when you leave! Espresso bar at your dentist? Maybe black coffee. Maybe! Haha! Thanks to Dr. Amy and crew. Now the whole family will be establishing as patients!

I went here for my teeth cleaning and it was a wonderful experience! Georgina took so much time explaining everything to me and ways I can improve my teeth hygiene. She truly made the experience enjoyable! Everyone in the office is so friendly (even when you admit to not flossing!). Dr. Ball was very kind as well and took time to ensure my teeth were looking good and healthy! I would highly recommend them for any dental services!

I am so glad I chose this dentist office! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. My dental hygienist, Lindsay, was easy to talk to and was knowledgeable , explaining every detail along the way. Dr C was kind and easy to interact with, too. I never felt pressured about getting work done and felt they had my best interests at heart. Definitely recommend!

I walked in with a cracked molar on a Friday at 7 am as a new patient they fit me in with only a 5 minute wait. The staff was so nice and quick to help me it was wonderful. I was out with my tooth taken care of in just over an hour and didn't even pay and arm and a leg. At the end they even offered to make me a coffee. I am definitely going to continue going to them in the future.

Absolutely amazing service and all around experience.
