Danielle did a great job assisting Dr. Williams on a trip to one of my least favorite places. Danielle was very professional and really knew what she was doing. Dr. Williams babied me through the experience and I was in better shape than usual after my dental work.

Very disappointed with their transparency with billing.
I started several treatments last year. After asking if my insurance covered the dental job that was needed and they confirmed I proceed and paid my portion.
Now, I received a bill over $500 saying that my insurance didn’t cover that dental job, not after a week or a month later, but they waited months after I did the dental job to inform me that they KNOW that the insurance won’t cover those dental work after 19 years old when I’m not even close to that age. When I provided my DOB and written age.
That even if I sign an estimate that they provided me saying that the insurance portion is shown, I need to read the small letters that say the opposite.
Honestly, from now on I can’t trust their word or service.

I came in to establish, along with other things, and the staff was friendly from the start with Lilly. Amanda was a great curator of the practice history with the photo wall and local art! I asked Kelsey 100 questions out of nervousness and she helped lower my heart rate with her 100 answers. Carisa and Dr. Williams were very friendly and worked as a good team. My experience was top notch!
