Dr Conway & staff are great! Very professional, friendly, timely & seem to care about their patients. I only see them twice a year & they always ask about my kids, my work & life. 03/09/22 - I love my dentist and his staff!! They are always friendly and professional! I had what I thought was a lost/broken filling, but ended up just being a chipped filling instead. They got me in mid-week and my visit lasted less than 5 minutes to get a rough edge smoothed out on the filling! See y'all in a couple weeks for my semi-annual cleaning!!
I was able to get a next day appointment, due to a cancelation. They are very good at maintaining the social distancing and wearing masks in the office. Unfortunately I must have a tooth extraction which they were able to set me up for the following week. This is going to be a long process which will ultimately result in an implant. All the charges were explained up front and I had a very good conversation with the dentist as to my options and the process.
Lost a filling on New Years Day, called Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday afternoon for semi annual cleaning. Michaela gave me a thorough cleaning and oral hygiene advice that I've not heard in my 57 years. Thank you Michaela! Dr. Conway squeezed me in and took care of of my missing filling as well!!

I'm always greeted with a smile when I arrive. The office staff know my name and check me in right away. The dental hygienists are friendly and just all around good at their jobs. I'm regularly checked on to see if I'm comfortable. I have sensitive teeth and I'm accommodated. I'm always briefed on the procedures beforehand so I'm never surprised. I have been coming here for decades and Dr. Conway is my favorite dentist who has ran the practice so far. He is down-to-earth, and has answered honestly and in plain language any questions I've had about treatments. His work on my dental fillings was top notch too, the procedure was fast and pain free. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I tend towards being an anxious dental patient, but they always put me at ease, taking time to explain what they're doing, and treating me with gentleness and care. The office staff is great, too; working with me to figure out treatment schedules and dealing with my insurance. If you're searching for a great dentist, try Dr Conway. You'll be happy you did!
