Comfort Dental

My first appt with them went excellent: staff r prompt n friendly, the office is clean n professional. My "wait time" was very short. The lead dentist was very good, he made me feel comfortable n relaxed. I was given some encouraging news on my dental issues n I feel very comfortable with my decision to work with Comfort dental in the future.

*Bear with me here- Long irate review*I can’t believe this place! I came here as a new patient, waited 45 minutes to be seen by the dentist, who was terrible at helping me with a medical condition I have that makes dental work absolute torture - I put up with it. I came here bc I called all around in the area looking for someone for experience & education in working with my condition (trigeminal neuralgia aka “the suicide disease”). I was assured he is the guy to go to. They definitely were lying, he knew nothing about it, or was willing to answer questions about how I might take better care of my dental health!! My condition is extremely painful and can be set off by eating, teeth brushing, Heat, talking-& more-he had zero information or alternatives to how I might be able to take better care when I’m physically not able to brush. His only answer was “brushing” repeatedly. I had to ask specific questions, which he ignored, and what it came down to was “use mouthwash” and I had to suggest the option! How simple is that!
Fast forward to an appointment I kept even though he was EXTREMELY USELESS!! I needed my tooth fixed despite the absolute Hell & literal torture that would inevitably follow. appointment I was running a few minutes behind and called the office. Talked to Sierra, told her I would be there With in the 10 minute late window. Call back with minutes to spare and pulled into the parking lot and called, per Covid protocol, before I came in. Sierra said come on in. I walk in immediately from the parking spot directly in front of the entrance 30 seconds after my the “grace period” time. The front desk lady then tells me that I am late and in order to keep the doctors schedule on time they have to reschedule me! My dental issues are serious and I’ve been waiting for over a month for them to address them, because they refused to address them the first appointment due to “not enough time”! He wasted my time not answering my questions!! I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment for him & now 30 seconds is a deal breaker! I am so irate! They were all nice and sweet about it, but this is flipping ridiculous!!! I had to take time off From my obligations. I have a family to support. My dental health has been put on hold for over a month by them because they refused to fix the issue the initial appointment I made when I couldn’t get so much as a simple answer out of the man as how to slow the acceleration of the issue (broken front tooth, starting to decay-risks needing a root canal). ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION!!’

As a new patient, recently moving back to Spokane, I was pleased to be seen. Dr Bailey is amazing. I needed a molar extracted that was in bad shape. I happen to be difficult to numb, and thus tend to be quite nervous. Dr Bailey's anesthetic work was superb, the extractaction went very well even though in of itself never pleasant. I'd recommend Dr Bailey and his staff highly.

Kathleen and Emily really went above and beyond in my recent visit there. I usually see Dr Morris but they were able to squeeze me in with Dr Bailey when I had an issue arise. He was excellent and patient with getting my crown just right. I appreciate the time and effort they took to address my concerns. I will be coming back and asking for Kathleen for sure.

I have been deathly afraid of dentistry since I had a very bad experience with a dentist as a kid. So I had to finnaly get my teeth fixed and my sister in-law recommended comfort dental Spokane Washington. And I could be more happy with my dentist and his staff. I highly recommend comfort dental Spokane..
Awesome care given by the staff, they really care about their patients.

I’ve been afraid to go to the dentist since I was a kid, finally went and I’m so glad that I chose this place! Dr. Bailey as well as all of the assistances/nurses were great! Quick, easy, and comfortable! Thank you! Highly Recommend to everyone.

I was seen at 2 different dental offices who quoted me outrageous prices to pull my broken wisdom tooth. Finally my friend recommended comfort dental...was seen today and Dr. Bailey was able to pull my tooth at such a reasonable price and I was in and out within an hour. Thank you Comfort dental!!! Highly recommend them and I will never go anywhere else.

Kelsie is amazing!! She made the wjole experience for me. First time to the dentist in years and they did a great job. My teeth are pretty well taken care of so they were able to help, they only referred my boyfriend out so if your teeth are bad, this may not be the place for you. My fillings however were handled beautifully!! They followed through with my medication requests and gave more numbing at the slightest flinch. Very attentive and careful staff, grateful client! All my anxiety was soothed and I was treated with nothing but kindness and understanding. Would recommend!

have been going to them for several years. they're always considerate of my anxiety about the dentist, help me decide on what to do, and treat me well.

So far so good with this office. Staff is always friendly, and knowledge.

Place is always clean, and nicely decorated.

*edit* This is the first dentist that has called to checkup on me the next day after pulling teeth. Pretty awesome!
