Don’t go there! After 10 years of going to this dentist, today my elderly mother (writing on her behalf) was told to go elsewhere because they’re “too busy”. She has a dental wire that came loose due to a loose filling (potentially due to their negligence, because during her last cleaning, the hygienist dislodged a filing and it was later “fixed”). My mom called Monday morning telling them she has an emergency situation and the wire is cutting her tongue and making it hard to eat— and got a call back Tuesday 5pm at closing to tell her that they’re “too busy” and she “needs to go to an orthodontist to get it fixed”. My mom called again today and didn’t reach anyone so she went into the office. Front desk lady (may be new) told her once again that “they’re too busy”. My mom asked to speak to Dr. Julie because she’s always been great; receptionist told her “Dr. Julie said they’re busy next two months.” My mom once again asked asked for an appt, reminding them she’s been a patient for 10 years and this is an emergency. The woman told her “it’s not an emergency because she doesn’t have an infection or pain”. My mom told her she is in pain and her tongue is getting cut with the loose wire. Mom said she’ll wait to be seen if there’s a break between patients; the woman told her they’re too busy and she won’t be seen (no other patient was in the office). She then asked to have them call if they have a cancellation— only to be told if there’s a cancellation, they have a whole waiting list of people who will be called before she is.” Mom said the receptionist “had no compassion or understanding” and she left very upset. She called this afternoon to request a Release of Info but wasn’t able to reach anyone, despite it being office hours. So my mom made the trip once again to get it in person and asked to speak to them once again to hopefully resolve this issue. The receptionist (once more) said they’re busy and asked her to leave, saying she’ll get a call back when they have time. As of this evening after closing, she has not been called back.

This treatment of anyone— much less a loyal client of over a decade is outrageous! My mom is in her late 60’s and recently widowed so already having a difficult time. She’s a full-time caregiver for her elderly father and to spend her one afternoon a week off dealing with a health issue and being treated so badly— not ok. She will be switching to another dentist but I felt others need to know how this practice treats others. My mom said she’s never had issues until this current front desk person/ receptionist. She had hoped to resolve this but unfortunately this experience ended badly and she’s still in pain (and now waiting for a new patient appt elsewhere). Unfortunately, this place failed. Badly.

I absolutely have the worst anxiety going to the dentist. Dr. Julie and her entire staff are incredible! Everyone here is so kind. The best dental experiences I've ever had are at this office! They all give great personalized care. Never felt so at home in a dental office before! I recommend this office to everyone that I know! Thank you Dr. Julie and team!

Harmony Family Dentistry is a warm and inviting dental office with the most friendly staff and the sweetest dentist, Dr. Julie! Working in dental myself, it's great to see an office running so smooth and having the staff work so well together. They are up to date on the latest technology and are very knowledgeable on what they do! I cannot recommend this office enough!

My last operation here was a filling for a small cavity. I was in the chair maybe 10 minutes from start to finish. They made sure i was completely numb before beginning and everything went perfect. I’ve never had a bad experience at Harmony and everyone that works there is so nice. You can tell that they all care about their jobs and enjoy it. Every time I go in for cleanings they give me lots of very helpful tips on things I should be doing differently to improve my oral health and then advice they’re giving me has helped a lot. It’s nice to see people treat you for something then go above and beyond and give you advice to help in the future. Dr. Julie even goes out of her way to call you after procedures like cavities to see how your doing and if you have any questions or concerns. That’s top notch customer service I didn’t expect from a dentist.

Luda V. did a great job on my cleaning. She was very gentle and took the time to care. Dr. Julie was very professional. Overall a great experience every time.

I went to back to Harmony Family Dentistry Jan 14th, 2020 and that the pleasure of Jocelyn cleaning my teeth. She was very professional and provided a great service. Dr. Julie and the front desk were very nice as well.

My daughter visited Harmony Family Dental today for her exam. I asked her how it went and she said she’s never going any where else again; she absolutely loved Tonja and Dr. Jang.
