Made an appointment for cleaning, two months of waiting, when I showed up for my appointment, they were closed down and did not bother to contact me to inform me. I waited outside for almost an hour thinking with COVID they may be running late with all the cleaning protocols, but when I finally called I was transferred to the office in tri-cities where they informed me the dentist quite. When I asked why they didn’t inform me, they just said they were sorry I got missed. No trying to reset my appointment, no follow up at all. Will not return.
