I was disappointed that the office didn’t realize that I was due for X-rays and a dental exam before hand, then didn’t have time for the cleaning. This office used to be on top of these things. Hoping this was a one time thing and that in the future we have all our ducks in a row. Been with this office for many years and would prefer to continue to work with this office.

While a visit to the dentist never qualifies as fun, Tietan Dental makes the experience as pain-free as possible -- and I'm not just talking about tooth pain. Every staff member I've encountered is polite, helpful, and most important of all, skilled at what they do. I have never been kept waiting past my appointment time, and when I've had a dental emergency, they've been great at fitting me in.
