Highly recommend. Office is very clean and organized. All staff, I had many appointments over many weeks, were helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt judged or unwelcomed. My appointments were fast and to the point. I had the same doctor everytime! Same day crown appt was a positive experience with minimal pain, both implants feel secure and done properly, one was a fix from previous work at another office. They know what you need when you need it and are flexible doing your dental work if you have to budget and work with your insurance.

Two days before I left for vacation, I began to have severe tooth pain from a decaying tooth. I called them regarding Emergency Care, and they actually got me in the same day. Other places you call for "emergency care" usually schedule for a few days to a few weeks out. I was assigned to Dr. McDonald, who is outstanding. She was able to save my tooth via root canal and crown. I also had three fillings done, of which took all of 10-15 minutes! My initial visit was to take care of the severe pain. Dr. McDonald went above and beyond to diagnose the problem area, and made an immediate and effective plan to solve the problem. The X-ray tech, Val, was extremely helpful with the efficiency of getting the X-rays done as needed, while simultaneously taking care of other patients in the building. Her warm personality made the visit that much more enjoyable! Dr. McDonald also had an assistant, Jazmine, who was extremely helpful, and it was obvious she knew what to do without question. Jazmine's expertise made the process that much more enjoyable...as enjoyable as a root canal can be. Thank you to you three ladies, I look forward to coming back!

I just went in to ask some questions about the place, my policy, etc. I ended up having a wonderful conversation with the boy at the front. His name was Allan I think, and I hope I’m getting his name right because credit should go where credit due. I was in and out, but Allen(?) was concise and helpful. I’ll be back soon!

I’m always stressed about going to the dentist and I recently moved and had to find a new one. Everything was great and smooth. Allan from the front desk was able to answer my questions regarding my insurance.

Was recommended by a family member, assistant wendolee was very gentle and careful when doing x-ray, nice and funny ! Dr.tawil was super great and explained everything in detailed and always made sure I was okay :) would recommended avanta if your in need of a check up !!

i went there with this jarring tooth ache and i wasn’t having the easiest morning and upon arrival i was greeted with Allan and he was so nice. He made sure that all my questions about the paper work were completely answered and was very attentive. would definitely encourage people to come here just for the customer service! 5/5 stars

So I was coming into Yakima from California for a live shoot for a local company. Unfortunately my lead collided into a wall and her crown popped off two days before shooting!!! I was desperate for a place to help my lead get her tooth back but no office was open or had any availability. I was frustrated thinking the whole trip was a waste but then my old acting buddy Allan let me know he currently works in an office in Washington! It was as if my prayers were answered, he managed to book an appointment a day before shooting and get my lead her smile back just in time for production. This place is incredible for taking patients in same day and doing all they can to help those in need. Thank you again Allan!!!!

I haven’t been to the dentist since the pandemic so I was nervous. The moment you walked in the front staff are friendly. Dr. Ferguson and Janet made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. I had experienced arrogant/belittling dentists in the past which made me dread going. I’m glad I found this clinic!
