As a total stranger to Morgantown WV I had no referrals . This practice was one of several in my insurance network. Staff here was warm, welcoming and friendly . The professionalism exceeded my expectations. No crowded waiting. No fear, no pain, and my teeth looked and felt wonderful. This is the place to go if you live here or just passing through. First time in the office and I could not have had a better experience!! I know, right? Wonderful experience in a Dentist's Office???
But it is true. It started with a phone call at 10:15 a.m. requesting an appointment to have a tooth that has been bothering me examined. Joyce took my call and took great care of me the rest of time. She had me at hello.....:) ...and can you get here by 12:45 this morning???
Most of the "normal" first timers data she took right over the phone. She warmly greeted me in the office and about 20 -25 minutes later, I was in the chair having my xray completed by another wonderful assistant. Then the prize of the office came in...Dr. Azadi!!! She examined me, gave me a few tests and diagnosed my issue. She had me feeling better and in a comfort zone in no time. All the while informing me of her family and Oxford MS life "once upon a time". Overall Great Experience! Great Staff, Great Office, Great Dentist!!!
