I broke a tooth over the weekend, so my husband and I were looking for a dentist for me right away on Monday morning. We had gotten the mailer from Fox Run Dental last year, and put it on the fridge. My husband grabbed it and was easily able to book the first appointment for Monday morning with Dr. Long.
The office is adorable and cozy and professional and makes you feel immediately at ease, which is really beneficial at the dentist. The nurses and staff are all super nice, and they got me back right away to look at the damage to my tooth. They told me exactly what was going on, and what my options were, and what he recommended doing at my age and with his expertise. Then, the price they quoted me was way at the low end of what it should cost. They offered to start the process right away (root canal and crown, in my case), but since I had to work, I told them I would rather come back. They immediately booked me for an appointment for later that week, Thursday, and filed my tooth so that it wouldn't be too sharp for the next few days.
I never felt an ounce of pressure or anxiety or shame that sometimes comes with a trip to the dentist. I am very happy that I found them for my future dental needs.

First I want to say this is by far the BEST dental office and staff I have ever been to. They are All GREAT. I am TERRIFIED of going to any dentist for anything. As some others would understand. From the minute you walk in till you walk out. They are kind, gentle, and understanding. Always taking that extra time to explain your options. And make sure you don’t leave with questions. Or concerns. I would recommend Dr Long and All his staff to anyone any age. Thank you so much for everything.

Today I visited Dr Alex Long for the first time. I have been having some pain and he was great at listening to all the details, doing a complete exam and giving me honest actionable steps to help - which includes seeing a ENT and Endodontist prior to him working on my issue. I REALLY appreciate that he took the time, was cautious and willing to refer - to be on the safe side. That’s a sign of a good doctor. Thank you.

This, by far, was the friendliest and most comfortable dental office I have ever been to. The dentist is probably the last place I ever want to be, but I am so glad I decided to try this place. They were very understanding and accommodating to my anxiety and fear of being there. I have finally found my forever dentist 🥰

I recently moved to the Appleton area and had put off finding a new dentist. I’m very glad I chose Fox Run Dental. The office was clean, smelled good and the staff was very friendly. Ashley did a great job cleaning my teeth and explaining what she was doing and what it meant. Everyone was very professional! Plus, they gave me a fun present just for being a new patient! I’m very peculiar with where I want to go to get my teeth cleaned. I’ll definitely be going back and would recommend this office to anyone!

My husband and I have had so much trouble finding a good dentist. Fox Run Dental hit it out of the park! They were able to provide a solution to a crown that came out so many times I lost count. They also treated my husband and I with care and respect and listened to our concerns in return. We both feel that we are appart of our dental plan which is rare with other dentist. The best part is the up front details on cost and how they offered options for payment plans if need be.
