Hygienist Molly takes great care to make everyone feel welcome and cared for as well as takes the time to answer questions and throughly explain anything. I've tried to contact Midwest Dental customer service which apparently does not exist.. or anyone that might be able to answer the question as to why they are now charging $12 a person for any service including teeth cleaning which was 100 percent covered.. because they have to do extra cleaning due to covid-19.. did they not clean up before? My insurance didn't cover that extra charge. thankfully it was only me that went and not the other 4 members of my family. I cancelled all of their appointments. why on earth should I have to pay about $50 dollars so you can clean your office? I've been a customer for about 20 years and am now looking elsewhere.
