I went there for the 1st time today. Haven't been to a dentist for a long time. I was pleasantly surprised. The front staff was helpful and friendly. The Hygienist was knowledgeable, kind, and did her job well. The Dentist was friendly, did a good job explaining my teeth and the problems not going has caused, without a lecture, and was able to come up with a plan for me that I can deal with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that doesn't like to go to the dentist, and hasn't been to one for a long time. I will be telling everyone about this place.

I've seen both dentists there and have been impressed with each. I could not choose one over the other as they are both detail oriented and do a fine job. They had to cap one of my teeth and did such a great job that it didn't take any getting used to.

I've been with Dr. Showalter, since she started.She and Dr Trimbell, really care about me, and listen to all I have to say and use the newest technology, never hurt me and have taken care of my oral challenges most of my life. And the whole staff is really nice. They are the Best.

This was my 1st visit to Rock River Dental and what a great experience . I walked in and the staff that greeted me, greeted me as if I had been there a 100 times already. The Doctor and her assistant Amy were Great as well, explaining everything in detail, before, during and after my exam there. Super glad I decided to make that my new dentist office.

My fiancĂ© & I have been going to Rock River Dental for years now. We even continue to drive over 30 minutes to stay with Dr. Showalter & staff after we moved. I also want to mention Dr. Trimbell, he took the time to get me in to fix my permanent retainer which had lost some of its bonding glue. Dr. Trimbell was thorough & made sure the other spots were still intact. I would highly recommend this dental practice for anyone close to the area & also to others who donât mind driving a little ways.
