Everyone’s always so nice and willing to help without judgement

I have seen Dr. Meyers and I highly recommend her, she's very efficient , thorough and she explains things in layman's terms very well. Considering my teeth were in horrible condition it feels good to smile again. She was very understanding and helped me work through my process considering I could not have everything done all at once. Had a little misunderstanding with the receptionist. But all is good now

Love Dr Meyers. She is down to earth and treats you with compassion. I felt like she understood and listened that although my oral health is important so is fitting the cost into my budget. Very professional.

Very poor dental care. My hygienist did a good job. But the dentists were rude and didn’t give a lot of care during any questions that were asked. Any time we asked a question, it was always perceived as though we were dumb for pushing back and asking questions and for questioning their judgement. They were not thorough and did not take the time needed with us. For several years I was having pain in my back teeth, told the dentist and they said “it’s probably just a pain that will go away on it’s own.” Completely avoiding the problem. Almost three years later, I go to a different dentist and end up needing several root canal treatments AND developed a sinus/soft tissue infection from untreated tooth abscess. Ridiculous. Don’t go here.

I went to get an examination done for wisdom teeth removal, they referred me to an oral surgeon that did not take my insurance and then failed to inform me until the day before surgery that they did not take my insurance. I then found an oral surgeon to take my health insurance, I had to call forward dental 3 times in order to get a referral faxed over to my new oral surgeon. After that is all said and done I received a bill in the mail 2 months later stating they had never billed insurance for the examination because they were missing information (which they failed to inform me they were missing). So I am now trying to get them the missing information so my insurance can be billed instead of me.

Dr. Meyer is a very thoughtful and caring dentist! Forward Dental is definitely moving in the right direction since hiring her!

Ask for Paul! He's so gentle and thorough with my cleanings. I never want to switch. He never rushes either. You can tell he truly loves his job!

Only one part time dentist who is overwhelmed with too many patients.. Expect a 1.5 month wait for any appointments beyond the initial visit... Due to unreasonable 2.5 month delay a to fix a broken tooth a 500.00 out of my pocket (insurance covered) procedure turned into a 6000.00 (not insurance covered) disaster.. When I asked the office manager why they are accepting new patients when they can not handle the load the one dentist has I was told they were accepting patients for "cleanings".. Who goes to the dentist for cleanings without expectations of dental care?
