I had the best possible experience yesterday at Parc Village Dental. I broke a tooth on Tuesday night, called Parc Village Wednesday morning at 7 am, was scheduled for a 10 am appointment, and Dr. Nelson had my tooth fully repaired by 11 am. He was friendly, highly skilled, and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary services. When is the last time your dentist visit was more convenient, faster, and less expensive than you expected?! Highly recommend!
2021 Update: Still love these people. Have been going here for several years now and have a consistently excellent experience every time. I am not a nervous dental patient, but particularly if you are, Parc Village is an excellent choice as their staff and both dentists are highly compassionate and friendly.

I have been seeing Dr. Hein and Leslie since they started in the Oak Grove building. I have complete trust in both of them. Dr. Hein is the most kind, genuine, and interested gentleman and remembers details of our family (incredible memory). I have him to thank for maintaining my healthy smile. Leslie is gentle, thorough, and I enjoy the chance to visit with her twice a year. She carefully explained their changes since Covid and I felt very safe ( she wore 2 masks!). One time, we had an exchange student staying with us. She had issues. They took her in like one of our own.
Another time, we had a dental emergency. Steve was there in 30 minutes despite it being after hours.
