I had an amazing intro appointment with Dental Health Associates! I am new to the area and admittedly it’d been a few years since I’d been in for any sort of care. Lisa performed my cleaning and put all my anxieties to rest. Truly made sure I was comfortable and even let me wear my headphones (I have sensory issues with noise). From start to finish I never felt any judgment. Would highly recommend!!

I have been with Dental Health Associates for over 20 years and I have had no complaints. Staff are very professional , deal with clients with patience and the hygienists know what they are doing. My whole family loves DHA .

They are so kind and so professional, it is a pleasure to get dental care here!! If you are searching for a new dentist, I cannot recommend DHA enough.

Hygienist was, as always, great. Reception a little distant. Spoke too fast and seemed impatient when I asked her to repeat herself as if I was inconvincing her.

Absolutely fabulous! Both Tricia and Dr. Rozendaal we’re both thoughtful and unhurried when learning about and listening to my needs.

We are so happy to have DHA as our dental care provider. Our hygienist, Ashley is amazing to work with. She is thorough, friendly and communicates clearly. We couldn’t be in better hands. Another great experience 12/2022

All was in order, except exam rooms were cold & I was warmed by heater in entry way as I left lobby! Not crazy about ur new water based cleaning equipment; prefer pic & smoothing utensils! ( u asked & I replied) thx for asking…

I should’ve known better I just moved back home here six months ago…. As I approached this dentist to make an appointment for a cleaning there was a man exiting very upset saying he was over priced for work that was never done!? 🤔 I should’ve known better to turn around & leave but A sweet girl Annie reassured me that it was an isolated incident. I told her that I was needing a cleaning & what would be the price of that with a new patient. I asked her if she would like my x-rays from another state. I arrived on time for my cleaning actually my cell phone said three minutes after my scheduled time when I entered with Ashley for my teeth to be cleaned. She was fussing with her computer saying it was frozen & while we were waiting for the computer glitch My daughters school called & I just wanted to make sure there was no emergency I answered it was very brief my phone indicated one minute. Ashley came around & popped a couple bite wings into my mouth before I could even say anything it was done “no x-ray guard” over my neck or body (Already went over health history she knew I had thyroiditis & before any x-rays should have protective shield). Charge $45 for two bite wings & Another dental office sent panoramic view & bite wings over-there was no reason for this extra charge. I waited for a very long time in the chair I asked why she wasn’t starting to clean my teeth and she said she had to wait for the dentist. Waited about 20 minutes. In the past usually the dentist likes to look at the teeth after they’re cleaned & check for cavities with no plaque around the teeth (?) total waste of time no cleaning was done Ashley was nice enough to tell me & give me all the paperwork to get on their Insurance plan. Called to inquire about their insurance “big scam” Abby- tells me they can retro date and get everything included if I give them my debit card and $150. After it was set up -let me know that it will not be retro dated Still charged my debit card & I still can’t get them off from charging it! Well all of this is going on they are smiling to your face while the hygienist Ashley is writing notes (about me) to the front desk girls (like high school gossip) about their new patient.
I only know about this because I asked for a copy of my chart before I left - I was so shocked of How unprofessional!! & unsanitary They put the same UV sunglasses on everybody -they’re filled with dirty oil stuck debris on to your nose & ears. You would think after Covid precaution —They would give disposable glasses for the face(?) $652. 00 for a cleaning, a filling, & two bite wings (they didn’t have to do- they have my full set up x-rays from another office) $150.00 I am still trying to get back from their insurance. PS- Doctor Adela Brodek is educated from Boston/Wisconsin University. She was compassionate & Seemed honest —I believe she’s oblivious to the whole scam they have going on upfront!!!! (Billing-Manager Jill Fleming) they might be trying to pull this off with foreigners well they picked the wrong one this time!

First rate professionals in every way. Can't recommend DHA highly enough. Proud to have been associated with this great organization.

Pleasant experience! Wonderful staff! My dental hygienist, Cassie, is outstanding and my dentist, Lindsay Rozendaal, DDS, second to none! I can not say enough about the positive experiences, awesome care, incredible, and professional interactions, that I have on a recurring basis with Dental Health Associates. From the appointment process, and staff, all the way through to the billing, FIRST RATE! Thank you!
