Have been going to New Richmond Dental for a long time but not since Covid-19 shut everything down. Went today and was SO pleased with the safety precautions they are taking. Friendliness of staff was as wonderful today as it always was. Highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about this dental office! My son and I stopped by here this morning as new patients for our first visit. I'm embarrassed to say that I have an overall fear of the dentist and had stayed away for about a year and a half.
My dental hygienist Jenny was amazing! She was super kind and compassionate and set my mind at ease. She was especially helpful after my son's cleaning wrapped up and he sat in the chair beside me. She was eager to include him in on the process, and I appreciated her going the extra mile.
Our dentist, Sara, was also exceptional. She seemed really comfortable around children and my son took to her. Sara did an excellent job of explaining things and offering advice. I really appreciated her approach as well. I'd definitely recommend asking for Sara and Jenny as they seem to work very well together.
The office staff was also extraordinarily helpful! From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and welcomed. The kind woman who handed me my paperwork was helpful and pleasant to speak with. I also had a pleasant interaction with the billing/scheduling woman at the end of my appt. She was very thorough and accommodating.
I feel terrible, but I cannot recall the name of the younger brunette dental assistant/hygienist who primarily worked with my son. She did a fantastic job too. We will definitely be going back in the near future :)

The staff are amazing! You get the feeling that you are more than just a "patient". The facility is very modern, warm, and inviting. Also, the technology they use seems much more advanced than any dentistry clinic I've had in the past! This WILL be my family's dental care for life.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I have an intense fear of any kind of dental work. They do a great job trying to make me feel comfortable. They're also really efficient and get you in and out quickly. I had a mix up once with an appointment and they went above and beyond to make it right. The office is very nice and modern. The ladies at the front desk are also great with baby snuggles when you have to bring your newborn with :)
