“Permanent” retainer fell out twice within a year and dr wouldn’t put retainer on top teeth which caused teeth to move within 6 months. Spent thousands for poor results to say the least

My wife was in horrible pain and was going in for an emergency appointment. They did absolutely nothing for her. She was in and out of her appointment within 10 minutes and was told the soonest she could get in to relieve her pain was Monday. Very disappointed.
