I went in for my regular cleaning and check up and was surprised to learn that the dentist was on vacation that week. I was having pain with a particular tooth but the hygienist said it was not "in her ball of wax" to be checking into that tooth's problem. I was told I had to make a separate appointment when the dentist got back to check into that tooth. So now it appears there will be 3 appointments by the time I get that tooth actually repaired if that's what it needs - waste of time!

I've had some bad dentist experiences in my past. Then I found Steve he was a god sent for me. When he retired I was concerned as he was the best. I've had three trips now with the new people. I couldn't be happier. Great work, painless, wonderful pleasent atmosphere. Great job very satisfied customer.

I love this dentist's office! I'm new to this area and was referred to Osceola Family Dentistry, I have not been disappointed. Doctor Kristina has the gentlest touch and hands that I've ever experienced at a dentist office. I didn't even feel the local injection. She hums while she works and that totally helps ease any anxiety I might have. I didn't even have to keep relaxing my shoulders that's how untense I was. Would recommend to anyone

My first appointment was today (9-23) and let me tell you what, these women are amazing! They made me feel comfortable right away, were very thorough and came up with a dental plan that I’m actually excited about! The stigma around seeing a dentist has always been an anxiety ridden one for most, and I can definitely relate to that. But Osceola Family Dental took that away as soon as I walked through the door. Highly recommend making that first move to a better smile and setting up that appointment :)
