I had my initial exam @ Aspen Dental in Oshkosh yesterday. I was somewhat apprehensive about my first visit, as I'm quite particular about who digs around in my mouth. This feeling didn't last long I was made to feel like I have been going there for years. Dr Schultz & his staff are truly professional. It soon became quite apparent that my oral hygiene as my own well being was paramount to them. If you're looking for a different Dentist I highly recommend this office.
5-26-2020. - Another visit to Aspen Dental. Nothing has changed since my last post. During the quarantine period I actually has 2 teeth that just broke.
There was no pain involved, but if there would've been I could have seen Dr Schulz because they were open for emergencies during this period. My Hygienist told me "I'm sorry you have to go through this". I could tell she sincerely meant this. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out yesterday and needless to say I was very very anxious. The staff was always very friendly and reassuring. I was pleased with the fact that I woke up from Anesthesia alive and well 😄 I’ve looked in my mouth and the surgeon did a great job as it looks good and the pain doesn’t seem as bad as it could be. Also the price I have to put is reasonable and they accept my insurance. All in all I would recommend to a friend.

I would HIGHLY recommend this office! The front office staff and office manager are friendly, and the dental assistants are exceptionally bright and make you feel comfortable through out your whole appointment. Dr. Schulz is the BEST dentist I have ever had. He does a fantastic job and explains everything; Any questions that you may have he will make sure to answer them before you leave the office. Thanks for all your help Oshkosh office. You are all truly amazing!

Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Make you feel welcome and at ease. New modern equipment, and great information on prevention care that I wish the numerous other dental clinics would have told me. Would have saved me a lot of money and teeth. Highly recommend them!

I broke a tooth and was told to go in as a walk in. I expected to wait much longer than I did. They did consultation and got me scheduled for later that day and set up with financing. The surgery took less than an hour and the staff was very nice.

Patient service was mostly good, could be a little inconsistent. When we ran into an insurance issue and were left with a large, unexpected bill, they were completely unhelpful and unwilling to work with us. I was told Aspen doesn't set up payment plans as everything is generally paid upfront. I don't believe the orthodontia coverage and payment schedule was explained clearly upfront and we were responsible for what we thought was paid by insurance. Bill is now paid from our savings so it doesn't go to collections and we will not be Aspen patients any longer.

Super friendly staff. Got me in right away for consultation and squeezed me in the same afternoon for procedure.
They offer affordable dental care, with free exams and discounts when uninsured. Dr. Schulz called me that evening to make sure everything was going well.

I’m very pleased with my care through out this office. I expressed my fear of the dentist upon arrival and everyone made my experience as easy and relaxed as possible. Dr. Sidney Schultz took extra care when extracting my broken tooth and then even called later in the day to check in on me. I had a great experience with Dr. Schulz and Erin. They were so polite and definitely wanted me to be as comfortable as possible during my procedure. They were happy to answer any questions I had and made me feel much less nervous than when I walked in.
