OK. Just had my first appointment with Graf Family Dental and had to turn around and leave because I refused to sign a paper that made me liable for a $50 charge if I canceled an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Just thought you should know BEFORE you go. I immediately made an appointment with a dentist that has no penalty. I am not in their system because I left.

I've been seeing Dr. Thomas Graf for about 3 yrs now. Prior to seeing Dr. Graf it had been several years since I had been to the dentist. I'm glad that I started seeing him. I'm a little difficult to get fully numb, but Dr. Graf takes the time to make sure I don't feel ANYTHING before starting to do any work. The office staff & hygienists are very friendly and professional.

Ms. Graf is not very friendly not very detailed in explaining things to someone who’s unfamiliar with dental terms and lingo. She spoke to me in a cold manner and talked to me as if I should understand her teeth lingo. And receptionist lady kind of snotty as well. I guess it depends on who you are for the way they treat you 🤷♀️
