I have ALWAYS Been afraid of going to the dentist office I even avoided it for 4 years then when my husband had to have an emergency tooth extraction I was amazed how awesome Pewaukee dental was at fitting him in last minute on a random Sat. Morning. So I decided to start going. The girls there are all so fun and make the experience more relaxing. I just had my 4 wisdom teeth pulled by them yesterday and I was super nervous everyone there was soooo supportive and the whole process took less then an hour. Dr. mike makes everything very relaxing and comfortable! So happy I choose Pewaukee Dental! Awesome people!!

All the staff are so friendly. Brittany is amazing ..my whole family loves her. I was afraid of going to the dentist and she calmed my nerves and was so patient and understanding. I had not been to the dentist in decades and they didn't shame me for it. Very positive experience. If I could give them 10 🌟 s I would.

A while back, I came in to have some cavities filled. The day of my visit, there was an emergency patient that needed assistance. I stated the concerns with my jaw pain and headaches. I have a slight bite issue. So, keeping my mouth open for extended periods of time is not only painful, but difficult. The dentist and assistants were in and out of the room going from me to other patients, which lead to me having my mouth open for a painful amount of time. I believe I was in that room for 2-3 hours in total. Upon leaving the room I was placed in, I noticed the team was having some sort of craft, jewelry, fashion event or meeting of some sort in the common area or waiting room. Maybe it was during lunch, and I get it... work places need to be fun. But, when you have someone sitting in a procedure room for basic dentistry work, you should show more urgency in your patient instead of your company event. They had great smiles, attitudes, and their work was good, but I felt a bit neglected and left hanging in pain. So, I would not return.

I’ve been going to Pewaukee Dental for a while for cleanings. They’ve been adequate, nothing spectacular, but the location worked great for me and they don’t charge anything beyond what your insurance pays for cleanings, so it’s the place I chose.

I needed to get some fillings redone and asked them to obtain a preauthorization for the work. I wanted to do one half of my mouth (3 fillings) at the end of December and the other half (2 fillings) at the beginning of January to maximize my insurance benefits. I asked for the preauth months in advance and they said they never received one which is a lie, my insurance told me they sent two. They gave me a rough quote over the phone, said I was in network with my insurance and I proceeded with the treatment. Their dentists are fresh out of school and so new they didn’t even show up with my insurance to check if they were in network on my own, but the office assured me they were. They weren’t.

I paid my portion at the time of service, $476.40 between the two appointments, and never received a bill so I figured it was all taken care of. At my routine cleaning a few months later I was told I owe them almost $600 and was treated VERY rudely by Courtney. I explained that I made payments at the time of service and didn’t understand how it was possible, I never received a bill, etc. and was told “I don’t know what to tell you this is what you owe”. Almost $1000 to redo fillings?! I called their billing company and was never able to get in touch with Jen successfully despite multiple calls and texts. Today I received a precollection notice for $377.87. I called Pewaukee Dental and asked if that was the entirety of what they claim I owe now and they said yes. So we went from almost $600 to $377 somehow. I paid it just to be done with this place, I wouldn’t recommend getting anything but cleanings done here. Their billing practices are shady and overpriced.

I accompanied my family 2 days ago for their first visit to Pewaukee Dental. I couldn't get over how sweetly and professionally my children and husband were treated. The care and knowledge they have towards adults is just as excellent as the care and knowledge towards children. Not to mention, the hygenist offered unique flavors for the cleaning process. Who knew double fudge brownie could be a flavor during a dental cleaning? My kids were impressed!
Actually, they are brushing and flossing more than ever! I'd also like to say that both Dr. Wu and Dr. Nowman are amazing! They are super caring, professional, brilliant and take their time to explain everything thoroughly.

I chose Pewaukee Dental based off all of these positive reviews and after my first visit feel confident they are completely accurate. Dr. Wu, his hygienist, and the office staff were all so reassuring and professional. Definitely recommend!

First time there I was self conscious of how long it has been since I've been to the dentist. They were really friendly and I didn't feel lectured or judged (you know when someone is judging you by the look in their eyes). I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The staff is wonderful. I came in with a very unique situation. Dr. Alex listened to my concerns and helped me make a smile that I was no longer comfortable with into a smile that I am very happy with. My process has been a few month in the making and I need a few minor adjustments, but I am very happy with my results this far. I would highly recommend their office. Dr. Alex, you made me cry but in a good way. You are the best!

Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Office is inviting. Easy to get an appt. Always on time. My dental chair gave me a massage while my teeth were cleaned. A welcomed surprise. My young daughter goes here too and she is never afraid to go to the dentist because they are so gentle and informative. They talk about things she is interested in. They teach and don't lecture. I LOVE this office and won't go anywhere else even if my insurance would no longer cover them. They are the best!

I've been going to Pewaukee dental for several years now. From the beginning, the staff has been communicative, friendly, competent and thorough.

They seem to utilize the latest technology and follow methodical processes for routine dental health. Several of the tests that they perform routinely, I had never seen before at my prior dentist.

Truly a top notch practice!
