Not happy that I couldn't be seen for even 2 minutes by my dentist Dr Wigington (or the other dentist) when I had a dental abscess on a recent filling done by them and I drove over before opening due to extreme pain. Had to wait until Friday. At least check if the antibiotics prescribed over the weekend are working for your patient. Infection near the brain is serious. On a good note, at least he initially replied to my emergency call and agreed to prescribe antibiotics.

I never have been a fan of the dentist but I will admit the staff at Rhinelander dental are amazing! Dr. Lindner is very friendly and I love my hygienist, Cat! They ensure you as a patient is comfortable through the whole cleaning and exam process. I actually look forward to my cleanings now!

Although I arrived early - like I always do - I was taken in nearly immediately. The dental procedure went quickly. I was given my options along with the probable results to be expected. I chose one and was actually done and out of the building before my scheduled appointment time. I'm always treated professionally and with respect by all the staff, and thus the visit results in a pleasant experience. I recommend this dental office and all staff to anyone in need of dental work.

Had a filling done 20 months ago. Complained of severe pain since. Heard everything from its normal and swelling is causing it to,oh your tooth is dead and we can pull it or put a crown on it. I said that is not the problem.and it wasn’t. Cause now my tooth is fine. Now on the last check up it comes out as oh looks like the filling wasn’t seated right. We have to re do it. Our next opening is a month away but a cancellation got me in sooner. 20 months of pain. 20 months of not being listened to. 20 months of not being able to eat on the right side of my mouth. Not a apology. Not a can’t believe we didn’t listen or try to solve this. Just look the other way. Now I lost a day of work. I lost my time. Because of ignorance and and not caring about a patient or what they say. Just hand me excuses and bills while I sit in pain for 20 months. If I could take stars away I would. Ive never met such non compassionate “professionals “ and I guess the money and time and pain is only my loss. I recommend you go chew rocks instead of going to this dentist.it’s safer and cheaper.
