I called in in the morning with a tender tooth and was able to get in that afternoon. I am a regular patient but they updated my health history and medications. The history of my current problem was taken and a preliminary exam was done, after which an X-Ray was done. I was then seen by Dr Luders who did an exam, made a diagnosis and explained the diagnosis and its treatment. In recognition of the current situation with Covid, all were double masked and I had to wait until there was no one in the reception area before I was permitted to go there to settle my bill and then leave. As usual I received excellent care which is something I have come to expect at Door County Dental Care.

Prior to relocating to Door County, I had experienced extensive dental, perio, and implant procedures from several Milwaukee-area dental providers. So, I was beyond nervous when I needed to re-establish a relationship and trust with a dentist in Door County. But, on my way out of my second four-month cleaning appointment with Ashley this week, it dawned on me that she had made the experience comfortable, efficient, and painless - not easy accomplishments considering my history. I am a former patient of Dr Eggert. My first experience with your office was for routine cleaning and x-rays as a new patient. I was pleased with the thorough and professional way my appointment went. Friday I broke a small part of a tooth, leaving a sharp edge. Dr. Luders was able to take care of my problem a few hours later. I would like to have her as my Doctor for any dental work I may need in the future.
