Nice staff. Pricing was average for a dentist (which, of course, is expensive). Wish they had more to offer those without insurance, but it is what it is. Parking lot is super tiny (hard to maneuver if you’re anything larger than a compact car). This is a decent local place, but I’m apprehensive on the age of one of their dentists (too young). I’m seeking a second opinion only to have someone with more experience look at my scans.

The gals at the front desk are gracious and extremely competent. The offices are clean and warm. The girl who cleaned my teeth did an outstanding job, and I liked the dentist a lot. Felt comfortable with both of them. I used the $89.00 coupon and there were no surprises with cost. I have a small cavity to be filled and was provided with what the expense will be. I like that a lot, as. having no dental insurance I can plan for this expense. If you are looking for a dentist, don't hesitate to give Midwest Dental a try.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Gillingham for almost 20 years.
Everyone at the office is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I recently had a dental emergency after hours. Dr. Gillingham promptly returned my call. I was seen right away the following morning. The dental assistant who cared for me the next day was extremely compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Gillingham and his staff.

Had to get a tooth extracted and they made the whole experience as painless and as quick as they could.

Dr. Joe provided excellent dental work in the chair. Moved in Watertown and had to find a new Dentist. Midwest accepted my insurance (other Dental offices did not) plus they offered a annual discount program for the family. First exam, cleaning and x-ray were covered by insurance. Fillings required were not covered by my insurance. The work was discounted after purchasing the annual discount family plan. This plan made the dental work cost competitive and affordable.

I cannot express how wonderful these people are! They are very polite and professional. They are very careful to make sure the procedures are done properly and as painlessly as possible. They are also very patient with the little ones. We love this clinic and won't be going anywhere else!

Midwest Dental provides excellent service for a reasonable price compared to my old dentist. I don't have dental insurance. They don't recommend unnecessary dental work. The employees and dentist are professional and polite. They readily answer questions.They demonstrate good hygienic measures (standard precautions). Bert and Dr. Gillingham provided my services this visit.

Another excellent experience, mainly with Bernie (who solved an issue that was getting worse) and a short visit with Dr Jong. Talented staff!

Negative stars if i could.. They are very pushy and im pretty sure the dude doesn't know what he is doing. My gums are receding and he told me that I just have large teeth that outgrew my gums. No I just have decay. The thing that made me leave is I had an implant put in. No they don't do that at that office they sent me elsewhere. But the guy was looking at my teeth and said the back left needed to be filled soon or its going to need a root canel so I told this office and he said oh I can fill it. He filled it TWICE i called the 3rd time cause I couldn't sleep that night it hurt so bad. And they told me they couldn't do anything for me the decay is too large and that I needed a root canel. they sent me to a place in Madison who only took the nerves out they did not even do the whole root canel! They expected me to go back to watertown and get it finished. Also nothing is done in office they always send you to other places then expect you to come back so they can finish it.. pretty sure they all get a cut of the money.. That place is money hungry and will suck you dry of every penny you have.
