Incredibly friendly and professional. I feel like part of the family!

Went in for cleaning and exam. Everyone was very friendly and I had a good experience. I need one filling which was explained as to why the filling was needed and how the procedure would be performed. Scheduling was no problem. I am well satisfied.

Great experience! Dr.Tripam knows what he is doing. Would definitely recommend! I'm not crazy about the steep stairs though. Other than that though everyone was friendly and I left very satisfied.

Just went in for my 6 month check up and no cavities! The staff was friendly, the dental hygienist was amazing and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and Dr. T is a great guy. Overall my visit was very pleasant and I received outstanding service. Thanks Denteffex!

The provider and staff were very kind. But my experience here has given me huge anxiety for going to the dentist. I had an appointment back in Decemeber for a check up and cleaning. They were helpful and able to get them scheduled both in one day.
The visit itself went fine and no concerns. But after that it was all down hill. I schedule a follow up after the first of the year, to get several teeth fixed. I had to schedule the appointment 2 months out as I travel alot for work, so my time is very limited.
I had informed them of that. They stated they would present me with my case plan at the next visit. I had asked if I could just do it over the phone but they said they do it before the appointment. I agreed to it but it would be nice to have idea of what to expect before the actual appointment. I called a few weeks prior to my appointment as my insurance changed. Gave them my updated insurance. Called 2 days prior to the appointment to confirm they had everything authorized and etc. The receptionist reassured me she did.
I showed up for my appointment they had be schedule for 4 different visits to get my cavities fixed. Even though I told them I wanted as few appointments as possible. They did not have my insurance authorized. Nothing had been done as I was told.
At this point I was frustrated and refused the to proceed having my teeth fixed. The dentist did apologize and was very understanding.
I ended up getting scheduled with another dentist in town, as I was unhappy with my prior experience and it was recommended by another family member who went to them. I requested all my records be sent on 02/11. I even had the receptionist send me an email confirming that they were sent.
I went to my other dental appointment today and they had not received ANY OF THE RECORDS OR X-rays! I had them triple check. I couldn't even call the office to let them know as they are closed on Tuesdays. The office redid my x-rays at no cost to me. I reviewed the info I sent and I had sent them the correct email and everything.
On top of that I am so glad I received a second opinion as it turned out I needed crowns and not just fillings. As the fillings would of likely just split my tooth in half as they were so large.

In the comparison to the experience I had at Advanced dental was so efficient as I walked out knowing what the plan was today to get my teeth fixed. I also knew exactly what the cost of getting this all correct was going to be. They even sent me with a copy of what they will be charging and it was so fast! I was in and out in 30 minutes even with have new X-rays and everything.

No one was mean or rude, they were all very kind. But it is the process with their front office staff and the lack of follow through and case management that could use improvement. I would not recommend Denteffex.

I haven't had a bad experience at Denteffex I felt cared for and that Dr. Tripam made sure I knew what was happening in my mouth and with my teeth.
The assistants are wonderful and the receptionist is witty and fantastic!

Dr. Tripam is funny and honest and will answer any questions that I had thoroughly. He stays up to date on research in dental health.

Even when my appointment was accidentally cancelled the assistants and the Dr. Tripam were more than happy to work around the other appointments for me to receive treatment. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been seeing Dr Tripam ever since he came to Cheyenne to take over Denteffex. I am always very happy with his treatment. I even had my 4th root canal done by him today. He’s kind, considerate, very knowledgeable, and makes sure that I always know what my options are. I absolutely recommend Dr T!

Edit: I had my teeth cleaned today by a lovely lady(the one who had broken her knee). She was very friendly, gentle, kind, and professional. I still highly recommend Dr Tripam and his whole staff at Denteffex. 😁😁

I was having extreme tooth pain, they got me in same day as a new patient. They we very nice and helpful about the whole situation, will be going back as a regular patient from now on.

Not a good visit for me by a long shot. The assistant that took my x-rays had a hard time doing her job and had to ask for help multiple times. This is when I knew I should of never came back but I did.
Dr. Tripam who performed the root canal didnt even perform an average job. The numbness in my mouth wasn't even numb yet before he stuck a needle in my mouth and after he was done I had pus coming out my gums two days later. He said to call if I had any problems but when I did my calls went unanswered. I guess if you have an emergency on the weekends he is not available. When his assistant called me on Monday I asked why didn't the doctor give me some antibiotics after the surgery and her answer was because the doctor is conservative when writing out prescriptions. So I swallowed pus for two days because he is conservative. Also to my surprise, Dr. Tripartite didn't even call me back to see how I was or to do a follow up. Very incentive and gives true meaning why people are afraid to go the dentist
