Where to begin? The iPad doesn't matter to me in posting a review, patient care and customer service does! From the beginning. Staff is very friendly. Customer service in office answering their phones, epic fail, no way to leave messages and to try and get through to their phones is a huge frustration. Before you could leave messages but nobody ever returned your calls. Front desk says they will get back to you and they don't. I had to call myself and get information on being pre authorized on extraction and bridge. Last I knew that was the office responsibility in pymt. Hours of operation is really not patient friendly with people who have busy schedules in getting in for appts. Or speaking to someone. My first experience was great with a cleaning. Second was told a root canal may have to be done, was sent to endodontist. Paid him only to return back as endodontist tells me it cant be saved. Pay to have it extracted at that time it was pulled and Dr. Christensen was worried he chipped bone extracting and may have compromised sinus cavity. Came back to be fitted for bridge. 2 teeth were ground only to have back one ground too far down to a constant sensitivity even with a bridge on. Tried calling 4 times since bridge has been on and can not get anyone to answer the phone. I reluctantly posted as I like to see new businesses succeed, however with no phone calls back to see if my sensitivity had subsided after bridge placement and unable to get through to anyone at the office, I suppose I'm here in great frustration with $$$$$ thousands spent and lack of concern if the work they had done is still painful on their patient..

The staff are friendly and attentive to the needs of the clients . The dentist cares about people! The kids told me he hums to music. They liked that. The kids thought it was FUNNY. It helped keep their minds off of the dental work.

I had an emergency and had to get a tooth removed and Dr Christensen and his entire staff were fantastic. They were able to get me in and help me through a tough situation with almost no pain. I really appreciate how well they take care of everyone and my whole family goes to them.

Absolutely wonderful experience. When ever I have any issues they promptly give me attention and do the necessary tests. Thank you

I had a tooth that broke on Friday. They got me in on Monday. I needed a root canal to fix the problem. They squeezed me in for the root canal. Now I just have to go back and get my crown for the tooth. I can not thank them enough for what they did for me. The entire staff was outstanding. Anytime my wife and I have any teeth problems they have taken great care of us both. Thanks again.

Dr. Beverly and his office staff are wonderful! They are friendly and sensitive to the needs of their patients. Seldom have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. The rooms are nice, new and always clean!!

I found Dr Beverley's office through a friend when we moved here and so glad that I did! My friend said her orthopedic surgeon recommended Dr Beverley as being one of the best dentists in town, and I believe it. Everyone in the office is personable and easy to talk to. I haven't had any cavities or excessive work done, but they seem to be very up-to-date on technology and always give me great tips for caring for my teeth.

First time meeting Dr. Chad. Was a pleasant visit besides having to have a root canal. Nobody likes those. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and up to date with technology in this area. Clean and up to date office. I would recommend.
