Terrible administrative staff. They have no idea what dental insurance plans they take. Made an appointment based on them accepting my insurance (provided plan information at time of call), then emailed insurance card prior to appointment. Show up for appointment only for them to not have even looked at my insurance card, then waited 30 minutes for them to “verify” insurance, which then they said they didn’t take. Then had my agent and Humana call, determined they did take it only to receive an email the next day saying they didn’t. How could they be this confused ?

It was refreshing to see a denstist thatbwas looking out.for your best smile with outnxharging an arm a and a leg like some of the franchise dental establishments, i.e. Aspen Dental and the like who are in it only for the money and to do sub par work. I would reccomend Dr. Taylor to fulfil your dental needs over and over again. There is no substitution for the experpertise you will find at Taylor Dental.
