Dr. Lester has been our dentist since he began practicing in Evanston, Naturally we've not sought out any other dental professional since. We ran into hard times that prevented us from staying current on my daughters orthodontist visits at bear river dental which disqualified us from the insurance coverage. I canceled all further appointments because I could not afford to pay what the insurance denied. A month or so later I got a call from their office personnel and they had informed me they had found a way to complete my daughters dental plan and get the insurance to cover what I owed as well as the rest of the visits until her braces were removed which i could not even get a response from the insurance provider myself. Honestly I was shocked, never had any service provider I've dealt with over the years ever gone out of their way to seek resolve to a financial debt thAt I OWED THEM in order to ensure my daughters best interest was prioritized over any financial obligation owed... Now my daughters dental work is being completed and I don't have a crippling dollar figure I have to rob a bank in order to cover it.. I don't know what made them go the extra mile in order to accommodate my budget but my family and I are extremely and sincerely grateful for everything they have done and I wouldn't recommend any other place to get honest, quality, professional dental work performed that you won't regret later.. to the whole Bear River Dental team my family and I would like to say Thank you!! A million times over!!

For starters my wait room time was about 5 minutes, then I was greeted by a big welcoming smile and led into a clean room. My teeth were cleaned with care and examined in a timely manner. My overall impression of Bear River Dental was excellent; staff was welcoming, they offer a variety of services in one location and my needs were met. I recommend Bear River Dental to anyone with teeth.
