Dr. Taylor and his staff are always professional and prompt. We are long time patients, and recommend Dr. Taylor to many people. My dental work has stood the test of time. Dr. Taylor is skilled at pediatric dentistry, and calms kids down well. I have had emergency dentistry on holidays, thanks to Dr. Taylor. This place is great!

My wife and were traveling and spending a couple of days in Rock Springs to visit the gorge. A tooth was causing a great amount of discomfort. I called Sweetwater Dental. They said they could fit me in their schedule. Dr. Taylor performed a root canal that afternoon. There was very little pain or discomfort after the procedure. My wife and I were able to enjoy our time in Rock Springs and see the gorge. The staff was helpful and professional. Dr. Taylor took time from his schedule to call me and see if everything was ok! State of the art technology made getting my front crown replaced convenient. I was in and out in one day. I can’t believe how well they matched it to my already existing crown. The staff was so friendly and kind. Dr. Taylor’s communication and skills are unmatched. The office itself is beautiful and peaceful.

I didn't expect Rock Springs to have the best dentist I've ever been to, but it does! Dr. Taylor is incredibly affable, and the rest of his office staff that I've worked with, from receptionists to hygienists, are just as caring and friendly. Not only do they do an excellent job, but they really get to know you so that they can work with you to make sure that your dental needs are truly taken care of. The personalized attention is very rare.

As an example of that focused care, I once needed to get put on a cancellation list for an appointment that I needed sooner rather than later. One of the offices I called said, "No room," and hung up—that was it. Not even a goodbye. All the others were mostly polite, but it was a rushed experience talking to them about what I was needed, and mostly negative. Sweetwater Dental, though, asked to hear everything I had to say, discussed it with the Dr., and got me in 18 hours later—and they didn't act like it was a burden, but a pleasure. By the way, Dr. Taylor used to be in the military, so if you have a military background, you'll enjoy talking to him even more.

I have just recently switched to Sweetwater Dental and I have to say that I am really satisfied with the service provided. Dr.Taylor is very knowledgeable and explained the procedure clearly and answerd all of my questions. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Also a big plus for me was that i got to see a 3D image of my teeth and jaw which I had never seen before at any other dentist office.

I have just recently switched to Sweetwater Dental and I have loved it. The staff are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The facility is beautiful as well as efficient. It is amazing to have TV's in the ceiling. The tools and equipment are up to date. You are also able to be seen quickly, there is no waiting months for your appointment. In conclusion I am very satisfied with the service I have received.

i usually dont write reviews but i needed to for this group. I was in the middle of a 3000 mile road trip and in an immense amout of pain. I called Sweetwater Dental and told them my situation, they were very polite over the phone and made room in their schedule right when we were coming through town. They were nothing short of perfect. When I arrived they got me right in, and went right to work. I had zero pain during the exam or the procedure. This is a TOP NOTCH group!!! I cant thank them enough for the excellent treatment received. I will be scheduling future appointments around my travel plans. If you have the opportunity, let them be your dental service provider. You will not regret it!!!

Dr. Taylor and his staff are very personable and professional. He explains the procedure and answers my questions. And believe me I ask a lot of questions:) He has done excellent work on my teeth and I trust him. I would refer him to family, friends, and others.

I would give 0 stars if there was such an option. I ran into the preventive treatment of the root canal, for 10 minutes, on the way to work. I could not return to work after this visit for 2 weeks!!!. At the reception for the prevention of tooth treatment. I was injected with ozone, and immediately a swelling formed under the eye. As a result, the eye was damaged. The percentage of visibility has dropped. A dangerous infection was introduced into the soft tissues. Which I am still treating (for almost a month), with a huge dose of various antibiotics, which also has a negative effect on my health. I had to go to emergency room, which is not cheap. With this type of infection, if I had not came to ER, I would have died. Now I have to treat a number of complications that arose from a simple visit to the dentist. I was completely healthy before this visit, now I am treating a whole list of complications. It should be noted the behavior of Dr. Ryan Taylor, who said that I should not go to the emergency room and probably in his opinion I should have died of infection in favor of his reputation. Lies, and refusal to give information about treatment. This is generally a crime. Where no one is responsible for dentist malpractice. The photo shows how I got out of this clinic after injection. Where they was told that this is normal, and it should be so. I went to the clinic without a tumor, and left with a tumor, infection and damaged vision, and a bunch of other complications provoked by a very strange procedure, the injection of ozone under the skin ... Won't recommend this place to anyone. Update. I did root canal there. Average root canal cost for front tooth is $600-900. Dentist said I have to pay $800. I paid $600 and wait what insurance will pay. After 1 month I got a weird bill with no name of what kind work it was for 2.5k!!!!!!!!!!! For 1 root canal, when I paid already $600 and $300 paid insurance. Have to go to court now! So tired of that place.

Best dentist ive been too in years very thorough and cares about his paitents not pushy to just charge but work with you to get what you need highly recommended if you need a great dentist .
