Update: Valley Smiles appointment tracker is the worst. My son was fitted with Invisalign braces and on several occasions Valley Smiles claimed he did not show for his appointments although we had proof he did. We were limited because he attended college in Birmingham so we scheduled the appointments as required. Trying to get his weekly brace replacements was critical, Valeey Smiles dropped the ball...we bit the bullet and discontinued service with them.
