If I could give a negative star I would. Had a scheduled appt. arrived early. When the Dentist came in he was ok to start with until I asked for the price for a simple extraction, He said the girls at the desk would tell me a price. I said ok I was wanting to know because my dentist in Illinois pulls teeth for 100$ he spins around in his chair and tells me to find a different dentist! I asked him what he was going to different than any other dentist? He wouldn’t answer.
I will never recommend this place to any one!!

In my opinion and experience over decades Valley Smiles is the best dental office in North Ala. Dr. Samuel is not only as good of a dentist you can find but also as caring and understanding. Miss Chelsea could not be better extremely knowledgeable and does her best to make the patient feel relaxed and comfortable. Everyone when you walk in makes you feel right at home. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I’ve always gone to Valley Smiles for years! And I just visited them today. Today was the best Casey was my Hygienist and I loved her, very sweet. But the whole group that works there are all nice and very outgoing and friendly that’s a plus!

Dr. Konradi resolved all of my dental needs in a timely, friendly manner! She was extremely cordial, straightforward, and thorough at explaining the work required for a healthy mouth. Not to mention, Jessica and Sarah were very caring and professional in their roles during my visit today. This dental practice has three doctors and plenty of office space.
