Mom of 6 here from Atlanta. People keep complaining of wait times but that is normal for a place that accepts Medicaid. More acceptance of different insurance coverage = more patients = longer wait times. Shocker. Come prepared to stay at least 2-3 hours for 2 kids to be seen. Bring snacks and sight cards or something to distract the kids. The staff is professional and understanding from what I've seen. It's cool you can get vision and dental at the same place. It's cool that they don't say your kids have cavities when they don't (had one place try this in Georgia). It's nice that they take the kids so I don't have to worry about them and it does encourage independence. Would recommend this place.... Even for non Medicaid patients.

If this dentist is in one of your choices don’t even bother! Time management is HORRIBLE! Went to an appointment there today 08/24/22 at 2:30 didn’t get out till 4:30pm. Waited 2 hours of waiting just for a cleaning ? Will be finding another dentist in Montgomery unacceptable.

The staff is sooo rude and always have an attitude every time I have an appointment. When I go I’m always there for at least two hours and is never seen in a timely manner. I always leave upset no matter how long I’m there the better business bureaus definitely needs to be contacted.. Most def my last day taking my kids there and they have been going for 14 years. Very unprofessional

If you're looking for an amazing professional Dentist and staff. Super kid friendly they are so amazing and kind. Bring your children here. Love the care my children received and they are fast.

My kids have been going to this office for 10+ years. Never had any issues before. The new staff that took over is horrible and RUDE as can be! Make sure you don’t ask any questions to the front desk staff or they will talk down to you like they think you are STUPID! I will be finding a new dentist for my children.

My three-year-old had his first dental appointment here today. He was terrified, but they made him feel so safe. He smiled and laughed throughout the appointment. The dental hygienist was especially kind and patient. I was overwhelmed by the staff's thoughtfulness and by what a great appointment he had. We will definitely be back!

Omg the wait times are absolutely RIDICULOUS!! every single time I come its 3 or more hours arrived here today at 8:40 its now 12:05 last time we came it was the same I gave them the benefit of the doubt but today proves they are just HORRIBLE with time MANAGEMENT!! I thought having a morning appointment we would wait less but it doesn't matter if you have a morning or afternoon appointment.

I take my nephew here to the dentist and have horrible experiences. The first time I took him we had to wait and then to get another appointment for follow up was almost 5 months later. I have found a new dentist for him to go to but I have been calling for the past two weeks to get his x-rays sent to his new dentist and there is no answer. The one time I did get an answer was 2 weeks ago and they answered and said the system was down and now I am not even getting an answer.

I have never had a problem with this dentistry up until today. They called wanting to confirm appointments for my 2 children, I did. I day or arrival I have other kids I needed to watch just so I could afford the bare necessities. They did not inform me that their policies had changed and any child, sibling or not would not be allowed in the back unless being seen not to mention the fact they are now also discouraging the parents from going back of they had younger children with them....I am not upset about this. I am however upset that they didn't tell me the policies had changed when calling to confirm appointments so I could make other arrangements for the children I way home while their mother's work. They had very rude attitudes towards me when I explained that my son being 4 and till terrified of the dentist would not stay in the back without me whether his sister was there or not. They other 2 children I had with me were 5 and 6....I'm sorry but I can not allow children that young attended alone in the lobby. I was not the only parent upset by this policy and was only notified of the policy once I was already allowed back with the 2 other children. It was never a problem before but I feel they could have handled it better.

Okayyy, so I had a 1:30 appointment an hour goes by and nothing I walk to the front desk and ask how much longer. Finally my child gets called back after a hour and a half of waiting …..it’s now 3:20 and I’m still waiting for my child to get done. I’ve never waiting this long for an appointment ever this is RIDICULOUS!!!
