My daughter had an appointment at 9:00. When we arrived the receptionist told us they were closed. No one called to inform us of the situation and I had to take off work. We were told someone would call us to reschedule that day or the next day, and I still have not received a call.

Please DO NOT TAKE your children here because they discriminate against your child. This would have been my child second visit here. They turned her away because they believe she would not sit still. Now when dealing with children they are suppose to have restraints but they claim they did not have the equipment. Instead of sending us to a partner office for my child they did not do that. They lied about there is no other offices around. They don't know that I'm in school for dentist and I know better. I am serious considering a lawsuit for discrimination. According to the Ada, "The dentist has a duty to treat people fairly.
This principle expresses the concept that professionals have a duty to be fair in their dealings with patients, colleagues and society. Under this principle, the dentist's primary obligations include dealing with people justly and delivering dental care without prejudice. In its broadest sense, this principle expresses the concept that the dental profession should actively seek allies throughout society on specific activities that will help improve access to care for all."
Code of Professional Conduct
4.A. Patient Selection.
While dentists, in serving the public, may exercise reasonable discretion in selecting patients for their practices, dentists shall not refuse to accept patients into their practice or deny dental service to patients because of the patient’s race, creed, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin or disability."

My daughter had a 1pm appointment with the oral surgeon. I got a missed call from the dentist office at 12pm,however they did not leave a message. I tried to call them back, but no one answered. I assumed they were calling to confirm the appointment. When I arrived at the dentist office, I was informed that the oral surgeon was not there, and I would have to reschedule. This was unacceptable due to my work schedule. I was told that the dentist at the office could extract two of the four teeth that needed extracted. And I would have to come back on a different day. I agreed to that. But I was told to come back at 2pm because the dentist had 2 other patients. I do not feel I should have to come back at 2pm when my original appointment was at 1pm.

Had an appointment for 1:00 pm, only to have it rescheduled due to missing a phone call the day before. Had to leave school early and this is what happens.... people have to work and go to school ya know! The wait times are absolutely horrendous. Go here if you have nothing to do and are looking to waste hours to be called upon.

My appt was at 9 a.m. I arrived exactly at 9 am. It is now 11:05 a.m and a cleaning has turned into 2 hours plus. My daughter is still in the back and I was given "paperwork" after going to the front desk asking was my appt overlooked. At approximately 10:37 a.m I noticed people were being seen who came after me..Finally at 10:50 my daughter was seen. No apology was given ,and I am very upset with the level of customer service that was displayed. Definately my last time here.

My first visit was ok. The dentist was very nice but the nurses kept talking about how one was about to get fired and other problems. My second visit it was a different doctor, the nurses complained and stopped me from walking to talk to each other. The dentist didn't take out all my teeth and and gave me the wrong medicine. Had a bad feeling about this place form the start and I todo my mom but she insisted that I give them a chance. I'm going somewhere else to have the other tooth removed.

I have been a patient here for many years and the service is aways great, for both dental and vision. The staff is friendly, willing to work with your schedule, and equipt to handle or refer dental and vision emergencies. In times of COVID, they also take all precautions neccessary to keep everyone safe.

My child 1st appt was today and which there was plenty of paperwork and the receptionist took so long to hand me the paperwork so it could be filled out in a timely manner. After being called to the back with my child I had to wait like 40 mins a room where they had a 15 cm hole in the chair and two tone paint on the wall. I expect the dentist office to be colorful and calm not run down. My child cried for her 1st appt. The dentist himself was horrible and terrible bed side manners came in saying oh my god. My child is 1 what do you expect and he still was complaining the whole time while he was in the room about her crying. We are never going back!

Awful!!! I've had to go a few times and every time has been just awful. Waited 4 months for an appointment with a specialist then waited 2 and half hours to be seen. With a 2 year old. Are you kidding me? I could go on and on about the experience but I'm just making myself even angrier. I really wish there were more options for medicaid families. This is ridiculous that you can't get any type of quality healthcare.
