Honestly, I am not one to leave bad reviews online. But because of my experience here, I have to. I left my old dentist that I had been going to for many years because of an insurance change. I am 17 years old and have NEVER had any cavities, no dental procedures/ problems, nothing ever wrong with my teeth. Upon arrive at Pusch Peak, I had many X-rays done. It took over an hour for them to complete all of the X-rays done by machines I had never seen before. Finally, Dr. Evert came into the room and before even LOOKING inside my mouth, she told me I had 4 cavities. She said quote “X-ray’s don’t lie”. I was very emotional at this point because like I mentioned, I have NEVER had cavities and was being told I needed 4 fillings. I knew she was incorrect so I opted for a second opinion. I went back to my old dentist who I trust, and paid out of pocket to see if I really had any cavities. Got new X-rays taken and this dentist actually looked inside my mouth at my teeth. Guess what? ZERO cavities. Not even any sign of any possibility of a cavity. I knew my suspicions were correct. AVOID this dentistry at all costs. There are much better options out there who actually care about YOU, and not just making money.This experience was honestly traumatic for me as someone with slight medical anxiety. Being told I have things wrong with me when in reality, I have nothing wrong with me. Dr. Evert, you should look at your patients as people and not profit.

Dr. Evert and her staff are the best. They are so patient with me---always asking if I am doing "okay" and willing to make adjustments in order to assure my well-being. Dr. Evert and her staff are amazing!!! They do a wonderful job-the atmosphere is great, which makes going to the dentist a calming and pleasant experience. Everything is explained, all questions answered and the staff actually talks to you not at you. It’s great to come in to an office that is very clean, and to hear chatter and laughter. I had an incredible experience at Pusch Peak Dental. Having had horrible experiences with previous dentists, I was anxious about my visit. But everyone was so kind and compassionate. Genesis was so sweet and thorough, Taylor was an awesome hygienist who talked me through everything she was doing, and Dr. Evert was more compassionate and kinder than I could have imagined. The Dr. listened to my story and connected with me and made me feel like my situation wasn’t hopeless.
