Unfortunately I need to write a negative review of this dentistry. I scheduled an appointment for my wife and they did not put her in the calendar. Instead of telling her that they need to reschedule they tried to fit her in only to make her wait several hours to no avail. They took X-rays but did nothing else she was there for. The woman who took care her did not have good "bed side manor". We use to love this place but this kind of unacceptable behavior warrants a negative review. I hope that this can be a constructive review for all involved.

This is a VERY NICE DENTIST OFFICE WITH ALL THE UPDATED AND TOP OF YHE LINE EQUIMENT! FRIENDLY AND VERY PEOPLE ORIENTATED! WELL RAN DENTIST OFFICE TOO.
BUT.....
You MUST insist on the dentist coming in to check your teeth. If you are considering or are in the middle of ANY procedure, Insist on seeing the dentist.....not ONLY the techs there. Get all questions answered!! My last appointment was to remove all buttons from my invisaline procedure and get fitted for my retainer. The invisaline took 17 weeks. I was excited but also had some questions and concerns before getting fitted for my retainer.
In the end after insisting on seeing the dentist and getting her opinion on whether or not my invisalign procedure was PERFECT.....(a $7000 procedure) my procedure CONTINUES. 10-12 WEEKS LONGER. Some teeth do NOT move as quickly as others is what the dentist told me.
So.....insist on seeing the dentist and getting her opinion and any and all scans and xrays before doing what your appointment was made for. Not everyone's teeth and procedures you are getting work as quickly as others.
