Got to say I lucked out on going to this dental office. I’m new to the area and got lots of flyers in the mail from dental offices. I chose Reflections Dental because it offered a nice introductory offer for new patients and is close to my new home. Samantha, my dental hygienist was great. She was thorough and friendly and was exceptional. All the staff were friendly and professional.

Samantha crushes it every time I'm there. She makes the visit go very smooth and comforting.
4 months ago I went in for a cleaning and we had to do a little more work than I needed. Everything has gone smooth though, she mentioned that my gums have improved drastically because of flossing and basic maintenance. The Oral-B iO toothbrush she recommended was a game changer for me.
Location is always on point and sanitized. They give you calls to remind you of your appointment that's coming up as well as welcome you in. Experience is a 10/10.

I received a postcard in the mail offering a cleaning and x-rays for new patients. It was for $49.
I took advantage of the offer and made an appointment. When I got there they had already processed my paperwork( which I had already done on line) and they took me right in for my cleaning and x-rays. No waiting! Samantha took x-rays, was very gentle, and cleaned my teeth without any pain or discomfort. They looked great when she was done. The dentist then went over everything with me. He did not try to sell me lots of things I didn’t need and he was very nice to talk to and very knowledgeable.Based on this one experience, I would highly recommend this practice.

The staff is ALWAYS happy and smiling. The office and exam spaces are always clean and tidy. The only "turn-off" is the dentist speaks his mind on politics etc. I personally don't want to have these conversations. And you can guarantee a call during the summer that they have to reschedule your appointment due to the dentist having a "family emergency" when actually he has gone on vacation. Why not just say he's gone on vacation? And, don't book patients during that time. Everyone should take a vacation!

Dr. Hildebrandt & his team are amazing! I haven’t had to wait long for an appointment & wait time to go back has been short also. I’ve had some traumatic dental experiences but felt absolutely comfortable here.
