Kelly, in Front Office and Samantha, Dental Hygenist are wonderful ladies! I receive great dental care and recommendations to maintain my oral health. Most of all, this an honest establishment! I highly recommend Reflections Dental! The front office staff is fantastic, the assists are caring and attentive, and Dr. Hildebrandt has always been there for me to make sure I wasn’t in pain. I’ve had a rough dental history with multiple cavities and root canals, extractions. I know I can call and get help immediately. This office cares unlike a lot of other dental offices that just want money. Cleaning or severe problem give this place a call they can help.

From the moment I walked in for my first visit, I felt like family. They were kind with a smile, provided amazing explanations, were thorough and really cared about everyone who walked in. Trish and Dr. Hildebrandt were so kind, caring & thoughtful. They both helped me understand the work needed as well as explained the most important items to tackle first. Linda provided a detailed cost analysis so I understood what to expect. They even have a dental discount plan for those who don't have insurance and they accept CareCredit. They really care about their patients! From someone who doesn't like visiting the dentist - I highly recommend them!!!

The dental assistants were great attending the needs of my teeth, however the front office ladies will bug you nonstop. All they care about is getting money from you. They would call me continuously trying to schedule an appointment with me, sometimes at 7 o’clock at night. I’m sorry but I will call and let you know when I want to make an appointment. When I told them I was going to a different dentist, the woman on the phone gave me so much attitude. I do not recommend coming here, unless you don’t mind being called 24/7 by them trying to get your money.

Reflections dental is amazing ! I have had quite a lot of work done and every time I go the experience is top notch. Dr. Hildebrandt is very thorough and takes his time. I never feel rushed, not to mention he never fails to give me a chuckle. Aside from the doctor , the rest of the staff are great as well. Jonna at the front desk especially! She always greets me with a big smile and goes above and beyond !

This office has impeccable customer service! They are very welcoming and accomodating, you feel like you're amongst family.
