Dr Howden and his staff provide an exceptional, peaceful environment for a dentist office. All staff are courteous, professional and caring. Dr Howden's staff are expert at communication with insurance companies. An answer to any insurance or treatment questions are just a moment away. They really know what they are doing. They provide several treatment options based on your initial visit and there is no pressure to choose the most expensive option. They allow you, the patient, to choose the best option for you, based on their expertise, your time and your resources. I felt like I was the only patient they have. They spent time with me making sure that all of my needs and expectations were addressed and taken care of. Dr Howden took all the time I needed to explain my treatment plan and how best to deal with my specific treatment needs and options. His expert, personal touch as a dentist is caring, compassionate, confident and reassuring. My wife and I are grateful for having found such a wonderful dentist and staff to meet our dental needs. Excellent Staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. Dental Hygienist and Dentist outstanding. Both take time to explain what is needed, what is recommended. Prompt on appointment time so no long waits in lobby. People in this establishment appear to really enjoy their jobs and therefore that is a compliment to the leadership of the two Dentists who are in charge. Though my insurance coverage is one that is out of network they were willing to work with me in order to get some compensation. Nice location with lots of light and open areas.

I went to 89a Dental Care today to get a cleaning that I've been needing for a while. I had never been there, although I have been to many different dental offices throughout California and Arizona. My experience there was by far the most professional and comfortable office that I have been to. Tierney the hygienist was very gentle, informative, & communicated with me the through the whole cleaning procedure. Dr. Bennion was also very nice and I could tell he really cared about the health of my teeth even though it was his first time seeing me. The girls at the front desk Brenda & Karen took the time from when I had got there, to when I had left, & made sure I understood everything that was going on and also what future dental work I needed to get done in a timely fashion. Two thumbs up to 89a Dental!!

I am pretty hesitant about dental places because I have had bad experiences in the past. But as soon as I walked into this office I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The hygienists was very gentle when cleaning my teeth and Dr. Howden only recommended what was necessary. I really liked that they explained all procedures before hand and gave me a breakdown of things so I could make good decisions. I really liked it here and will be coming back and I am making an appointment for my husband too.

I have never had a positive experience at the denstist until I came to 89A Dental. The professional and friendly staff are so patient and seek out ways to make the customer experience positive and unique to each person. I truly cannot say enough good things about 89A Dental. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

In all of my fifty years, with numerous dental offices in many a state, in all different parts of the US, Dr Howden and his staff are far and above the BEST dental office I have ever experienced. I have extremely sensitive teeth that are difficult to get numb, with never ending and hidden nerves, and they were ever so "patient" with this very difficult "patient". They are compassionate, helpful and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist within a hundred mile radius. (I would travel that far to see them)

I had a great experience at 89A Dental. The staff was very nice and I was in and out of my procedures very quickly. They were very upfront and honest about all the issues I needed to address and I appreciated it. I am no longer nervous or afraid to go to the dentist. Thank you Dr. Howden.

As someone with with major anxiety issues, I do not look forward to going to the dentist. However, this office takes such good care of me and I haven't had any panic attacks during or after any of my visits. I have been coming here for two years now. The staff is professional and caring which is pretty rare in most dental offices.

Wow! From the moment I walked into the office (because everyone said hello!) to the moment I walked out of the office it was a perfect experience (for being a dental office :-) ).
