89A Dental Care

Every employee I encountered was amazing! Super polite, knowledgeable, willing to help and take time to explain what they were doing and why. It is only not 5 stars because I had an initial intake (stays, gum measurements, review with dentist and creation of a care plan) and it took 2 hours! As you can imagine most of that time was not with anyone, just sitting in the chair for about 20-25 minutes at a time waiting for the next person to come in to do their piece.

Overall I would definitly recommend 89A dental, maybe a morning appointment would have run a little more smoothly.

After relocating to the Prescott Valley area, I realized that I needed to find a dentist. I am so happy that I looked online and found the reviews! They are the primary reason that I made my appointment with 89A. Dr. Bennion was wonderful and honest! He fixed a problem with a crown from another dentist (and saved me money!), instead of saying that I would need a new one. He also took care of another issue that I had, which went perfectly. I want to also mention that I got the best cleaning that I have ever had! Thanks, Tierney-you're the best! And the entire staff is always so pleasant and helpful. Trust my review, you won't be sorry if you choose 89A Dental Care!

I was extremely pleased with my experience in their office. The entire staff was wonderful!! Dr Howden was very informative and very personable. He answered every question that we had and made us feel like we were his only patients. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs! I have referred several family members and friends there myself!

From the first phone call, it was obvious that this dental practice was a step above others. The ladies scheduling my appointment were not only very thorough and detailed, but friendly and professional as well. Tierney, my dental hygienist, did an outstanding job and was very knowledgeable. Dr. Howden was extremely thorough. He took a lot of time to do a very detailed exam and gave me excellent guidance on how to keep my teeth in good condition for years to come. From start to finish, each person in this practice did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a high quality dental practice with exceptional customer service.

Once again 89A helps resolve an old issue I had with a molar. OMG this was a tooth that bugged me for many years. Dr B removed the tooth with absolutely no pain. He took the time to remove several cysts embedded in the bone and cleaned it up great. Few days later still no pain and healing fine. Highly recommend this dentist office. Staff and Drs are wonderful !

Just back from my 2nd visit which was another crown and couple fillings. The technology is absolutely amazing. Crowns are produced in the office in a matter of an hour; compare that to multiple visits/weeks between visits at previous dentists back east. Dr Bennion took the time to tweak/adjust the new crown on the computer while I watched; totally amazing. Once he got the look just right, click a button that commands a machine to mill a crown from a template. When it was complete, they checked results with a digital X-Ray and wow, what a fit, the bite was perfect and looks just great. Autumn thanks for assisting, you did a fantastic job too. I had problems with crowns in the past, but this office takes the time needed to do the job right the first time. Thanks everyone Dr's and Staff !

Great dental office. Tierney was my hygienist and did a great job. Cleaning was painless and very thorough. Tierney spent the time to take great X-Ray (digital!) and both she and Dr Jason Bennion spent extra time going over results and coming up with a treatment plan. Can't say enough about the office, staff was great, equipment modern and team trained and up to date. Know I'll be a regular patient for quite some time now.

I switched to 89A because I was not happy with my other dentist. I am glad I changed dentists! Everyone at the office was extremely friendly and welcoming. Kim was very gentle with my teeth and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. They took time to talk to me and make me feel like a special person. The office is adorable, to boot. I wish I had discovered 89A earlier. I am very happy with their service.

Good Morning :

It was my first visit to your office. I was welcomed by a lady at the counter whom asked me a few questions, very pleasant.
After a short wait, Kim took me back to the exam room. She was very nice to work with, she made me feel comfortable for my entire visit.
The doctor then came in, introduced himself, explained my x rays, my options, and my appointment was done.
I'm from the old school, just relocated to Prescott Valley, and your office and staff made me feel welcome.

See you in 6 months !!!!

Went to 89 A Dental for the first time today, upon the recommendation of a friend, and I was not disappointed. I was seen right on time and my hygienist was very friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. Howden was extremely thorough and explained all my options to me. I am happy to say that I feel like I am in good hands and that all my dental needs will be addressed by a competent dental team.

Dr. Howden exceeded all expectations as a thoughtful and caring dentist. He and his staff made me very comfortable (and I don't like visiting dental offices!). They stayed late to take care of my "emergency" and also didn't make me feel guilty or preach to me for having dental issues. I recommend this office to anyone who needs to find a dentist in PV or anywhere remotely close by. I am so glad to have a dentist locked in for now and the future!
