I went to horizon for a visit today, my first time at this office. Also my first time to the dentist in years because I have an extreme fear of the dentist, but the team here made me much more comfortable than I expected to be during this visit. The front desk assistant, Shannon was absolutely fantastic. It is very rare to receive good customer service these days, so to get such great treatment was worth a post. Shannon is an awesome at multitasking and making sure all patients are greeted and does it all with a smile that isn't forced. My technician and the dentist were also fantastic, sadly I do not recall all of their names but I think the dentists name was Dr. Reeder if I recall correctly. They were all very friendly and even employees walking by would make friendly conversation. Super clean office with a great environment. Will be going back. Thank you!

I recently had an extraction, bone graft and implant placement with Dr. Reed and my experience was very pleasant and pain free. Dr. Reed is extremely gentle, kind and knowledgeable! All of the staff are friendly, experienced and professional. I also have my regular cleanings done at this office and am always beyond satisfied! I love this office!!!

I have to say that after having the same dentist for 30 year (he retired), it was unsettling to try out a new one. What I found out about Dr. Reeds office is that it is not just the Dentist that counts! The first impression when going in is....great customer service by Shannon. In this day and age, it's very comforting to be greeted by name with such a friendly disposition. I usually get very nervous when going in, however, Denise, who cleaned my teeth and Megan who installed a crown made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Dr Reed is great - I was anxious before but he did an amazing job. Two small fillings done quickly so it wasn’t a long experience. Shannon was helpful getting my next appointment rescheduled and getting me checked out and on my way.

I had a wonderful experience with Horizon. I originally went to a different dentist. Had a horrible experience. I wanted to give up. So I decided to give Horizon a try. They were very patient with me. And you can tell they care. Also they don't want to steal all your money. The other dentist was trying to charge me alot of money out of pocket even with our insurance. Horizon did not. So after having a bad experience with a different place I am more than willing to give them 5 stars.
