Visit was fine but there was some confusion on are insurance. We had are X-rays sent from are prior dentist which had a full set of X-rays. Once insurance was taken care of all went well. We hope to have Horizon Dental as our dentist for long term.

We were so happy to have found a wonderful dental office so close by😀 We had moved to Prescott Valley just eight months ago and have neglected semi annual cleanings and checkups. So when each of us lost a filling we searched online and found Horizon Dental, called and got appointments for both of us in a matter of several days. We have never in our 70 plus years had such a great experience! All the staff is helpful, friendly and professional and excellent at their tasks! This Is a caring group of people😀

They’ll offer things my insurance won’t cover at that moment but when I decline the service they are fine with that.

Dr. Reed and the staff are ALWAYS friendly and professional. Little things I have appreciated: the hygienist gives eye protection glasses and explains what she/he is about to do as cleaning, polishing, xrays, etc., are performed.
Dr. Reed is always thorough and careful. He also presents options and concerns and remembers our family. I would confidently refer anyone to their practice.
