The work I received was a crown but the experience I had with the office staff was very unprofessional and they were snotty and very rude at best (Michelle). My daughter worked there as a dental assistant which included free dental for family members. I had a crown done in November and horizon billed my insurance for their portion telling me the remainder would be 0 charge to me as a family member. The end of December my daughter got a different job and switched employers for a better job opportunity. In January I received the bill for the remaining $545 they told me was written off in November as a family member. And because they were upset about her quitting them I needed to pay them or it would be turned into collections. They didn’t care that it had been charged off as family to start with or that they told me no charge before work was done! Very dishonest group and I was not allowed to talk to the owners about the issue. Do not trust them or their billing office management!

This is a great team. I never have to sit in the waiting room for any length of time. When I'm scheduled that is when I go in. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. I ask for a donation for SVdP and they were very generous giving me toothbrushes to give out in our Christmas boxes. Thanks you guts are great !!!!!!!
