Advanced Dentistry Cosmetic Dental Center

I'm always nervous getting my teeth cleaned but I will say that the everyone at Advanced Dentistry makes me feel really comfortable. My dental hygienist is the absolute best, she listens to me and tailors my care based on my feedback. I really feel well cared for here and would highly recommend this dental practice.

I'm very happy that I took the plunge and came here to this office. I haven't been happy with my current dentist and have been thinking how I need to see someone else. I'm so glad I did. Wonderful staff from the moment you walk in. Henna is amazing and explains everything from the beginning to the end and all the little details. For my actual treatment, was awesome. I've had cleanings before. This was so much more thorough. Overall I am thrilled with my decision and glad I made the move. I highly reccomend!

Overall amazing experience! The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The doctor was awesome and really took his time to explain things and get to know you. They even went over all of the services they were going to be performing and my out of pocket costs ahead of time so I wouldn’t be surprised with any hidden costs at the end! Loved my experience here.

I'm not even sure where to start... My experience at this office was horrific. I paid ahead for some dental work I needed to get done. Over time, my credit was (understandably) dwindling, and I asked for a breakdown of how the credit was previously allocated. Their financial person promised she was still negotiating with insurance but that she would "send me a breakdown." This happened at least five times and she never provided said breakdown. On my last visit for a routine cleaning, I called ahead to verify I still had some funds on my account. I was assured that yes, I still had almost $200. However, when I went to pay for that appointment, I was told I didn't have any credit leftover and I owed for that visit. Super shady.

Outside of the financial aspect, there was some botched dental work that no one wanted to take responsibility for. I called immediately when something felt off but again, they kept pushing it off like it was no big deal until they told me I had to get something more $erious done to mitigate the pain I was experiencing.

I also felt lied to over weird things. When they had to call my other doctor to verify if I could take a medication they (allegedly) called a couple times to no avail. I kept calling to check the status but was lied to each time. When I finally called my other doctor, their office informed me they haven't received a single request from Advanced Dentistry.

I've never written a negative review for a doctor or dentist's office. Mostly because I've never had a bad experience. I only hope I can save someone else from having a similar experience with this office. I kept going back because I didn't want to seem difficult, and I had the credit on my account, but I've had enough. This is a poorly operated business that does not treat its customers with the respect and dignity they deserve.

After dealing with difficult dental offices and dental professionals, I have been hesitant to choose an establishment for my dental needs. After having a visit at Advanced Dentistry I can honestly say that I am done searching! The staff were welcoming and had great communication with eachother and patients. Information on my dental plan and any questions I had were dealt with in a very thorough manner, and I felt very comfortable during my treatment despite my past experience. I HIGHLY recommend this business for your dental needs.

I had a great experience with Advanced Dentistry. Scheduling was great, Shireen was able to get me scheduled within a few days of my initial inquire, and followed up with a couple of reminders which were very helpful. The facility is modern, clean and very relaxed environment. Muneeza the dental hygienist and the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly, she took the whole “dentist visit” experience to another level, and was very honest with her recommendations on the work that needs to be done. I highly recommend this dentistry!

Advanced Dentistry is great! The staff is extremely professional and helpful and the office is clean and easy to find. Dr. McLaughlin was kind and quick and my three fillings were done faster than I expected (I know three is a lot, but I really love desserts). After searching for a dentist office for a while, I am really glad that I found Advanced Dentistry and would definitely recommend.

I am 77 years old and have to say that this is the best Dentist office I have every been to. Starting with the receptionist to every person in the office. They were very professional, caring and kind and always asking if I had any discomfort. I was there for 3 hours to get started with exams, xrays, cleaning and check up and I can say that I was very comfortable every minute! I even had a filling replaced and all procedures were painless!
I highly recommend this Dentist and employees. Dr. McLaughlin, Munezza and staff were wonderful.
My husband and I will be their patients for life!!

Hands down best dental office I've been to. I don't usually enjoy dental visits, but Advanced Dentistry makes it painless and quick. Faith at the front desk will always take great care of you. She is absolutely amazing with patients. The Doctors and hygienists are both gentle and informative. Trust me and call them when you need anything.

Had a great experience at this practice. I chipped my front tooth and needed something done right away. They were able to get me in with in an hour. The Dr. Did a beautiful job using bonding to repair the chip. Color matched perfectly and looks better than it did before the chip. The cost was under $500 was pleased with that. Definitely be back
