Advanced Dentistry Cosmetic Dental Center

My experience was great. It searched in google for Advance dental care and I got Advanced Dentistry. It mentioned a special and I received exray and exam. Any place that has that has nothing to lose because if their prestigious work. When I came in the receptionist Briana was polite and friendly. I met with the tech Muneeza she was awesome and gentle. The practicioner was able to go over the work that needed to be done. Then when I heard I was going to see Dr. McLaughlin I was even more excited reading her reviews. She was everything and more. She was precise, friendly, and straightforward. I highly recommend the service. Other dentist miss out on all details. Thank you! (Audrey)

Advanced Dentistry is a very friendly and welcoming office. My hygienist, Muneeza, is very sensitive to her patients needs, and truly enjoys educating her clients. She was also extremely thorough in her treatment. Dr. McLauglin, who is also wonderful, provides in her office some of the latest technology for dental treatment. As a retired dentist from out of state, I was extremely satisfied with my visit, and look forward to my follow up visit in a few months.

Advanced Dentistry is the best dentistry. They have good supplies and tools to make your teeth shine! You can converse with the employees, and they are funny and kind. They also enjoy pictures of cats. (I know that from experience!) I'll admit, some of the treatments do make my my teeth feel funny, but that is to be expected. After everything, Advanced Dentistry makes my teeth feel amazing! (and sparkly!)

I have a lot of cosmetic dental work done and have been looking for a dentils for years. Every dentist has said that I have so much work done that they don’t really know how to work with my mouth. I was referred to this office and let me tell you I will never go anywhere else. They are so knowledgeable and I finally got answers! They have set up a plan to get my teeth back to the way I want them and to top it off everyone is so nice. The dentist walked me through my entire filling telling me exactly what he was doing , never in all the dentists I’ve been to have I had that. I give this place 5stars and would give them 10 if I could. Highly recommend this place and I will be telling my family and friends about them too. Thanks guys

Had a really good experience with advanced dentistry. Moved my care from south-town dental (who were absolutely horrible since they were dishonest in providing billing information). Muniza is so wonderful and exceptionally passionate about her job. You can tell that she really loves to do what she is doing. And thats the kind of person you want to work on your teeth. Would definitely be staying with them.

If you go to a restaurant, you would like to see a clean kitchen, an inviting atmosphere (great bartender); you do not want to walk in to a shabby-rundown Ramen noodle joint. It is the same with a dentist's office. This dentist office is clean, has the latest technology and, it is inviting. The owner obviously takes great pride in her office, is there everyday and loves to talk. The receptionists, her children, clearly explain the procedures and the pricing. As for the dentists, that comes down to one issue for most people. Can you trust them? Both of the dentists are obviously honest, compassionate, trustworthy people, but that is NOT their best trait. Many dentists are honest; many dentists are efficient; many dentists are reliable, hardworking and so on. But that is not the most important factor for a good dentist? Are they likable? We go to the places we go to because we 'like' the people; we like the atmosphere. You will like the dentists and their assistants - I promise!

It had been a long time since I had visited the dentist. My memories of dental office visits, before coming to Advanced Dentistry, were never positive. It is hard to find a doctor and a team that you can trust and feel comfortable with. My search has ended with Advanced Dentistry. Muneeza - the hygienist - took her time to explain things about my oral health, and I felt she cared about my well-being even more than I do! Being a diabetic, her information was extremely useful in understanding the correlation between gum disease and diabetes. She inspired me in taking care of my overall health. As a cash paying patient, I appreciated the reasonable prices. The front office personnel were very helpful in explaining the treatment plan etc. My overall experience was exceptional, and I look forward to my appointments with Dr. McLaughlin who patiently explained the diagnosed treatment. An update to my last review:

I was a patient at this office in 2020 and came to get a dental exam and cleaning. The staff was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and navigating the insurance conversation to give me a clear sense of knowing what my estimated pay would be. The office was professional, high tech, and very adamant about COVID precautions.

At this office I had a cleaning + laser treatment, several fillings, and a mouth guard made. The hygienist was great and very educated me about my teeth and gums. No complaints from a cleaning standpoint.

As it relates to the fillings, I had to return to get the fillings adjusted as my floss kept catching and snapping. Eventually had to come for a third time to get the filling completely removed and redone. Since then I relocated to a new state and saw a new dentist (3 months after my visit here). He said the filling was not polished well as I still has a slight catch in the spot but not as bad as the first time. A closer look showed that there were decay on both fillings and the dentist felt that the fillings weren't done properly. I went to another dentist to get a free consultation and he agreed that there was decay below the fillings and needed to get both redone. So now a couple months after getting the fillings done at Advanced Dentistry, I need to get them redone for two teeth...

In addition to the fillings, my dentist said that the mouth guard I had made at Advanced Dentistry was made improperly (the pressure was not distributed properly). They also noted that a bottom mouth guard was a little odd. I again had the second dentist take a look at the guard and it was not made correctly. I reached out to Advanced Dentistry regarding the mouth guard issue and they refunded me for what I paid however after very slow communications back (I had to keep reaching out to ask for an update). They offered to fix the guard if I returned to the office however I was not planning to given living in a new state.

With the mouth guard and fillings issues, I question the quality of this office. Overall everyone was nice however I'm a little frustrated in having to review these services elsewhere.

I visited this dental office based on the high google reviews. The office admin I spoke to prior to coming was very friendly and accommodating, making my complicated schedule work to have an appointment. The office was very safe and set up for COVID CDC procedures.

The experience was very informative - the hygienist explained everything she was doing which was super helpful. They went above and beyond to keep me safe and comfortable during my experience. I would highly recommend this office!

Everything from the booking of my appointment to the xrays, to the cleaning, and the checking out.. it was all amazing!! They explain everything so that the normal person can understand what they are actually doing and what’s actually going on in your mouth. This whole staff gets 5+ stars!! They all have the best attitudes and always smiling. I have found my new dentist. Thank you girls!! ❤️❤️

Just moved into the area 2 months ago. I've had a implant and crown done at two separate places a little bit ago. I wanted to get a check up and get back on track on dental hygiene, but have been too scared to know the damage and financial cost for too many years. After much research, I got an exam and consultation last Wed. They were very patient, kind, honest, gentle, knowledgeable and detailed in explaining the treatment plan and insurance. I also was surprised I didn't get the doom/gloom prognosis, upsell scare tactic or the too technical to understand or the rushed feel. It also comforted me that Dr. Muneeza and Dr. McLaughlin showed confidence in their treatment plan for me and respected my financial limits. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist and hygienist were very kind and patient with me. I have a deep cleaning this Tuesday and am VERY anxious, but know it needs done. I hope I have found my forever dentist and path to better health.
