Beware of up-sell and unnecessary services. After Xray, dentist in this office recommended a root canal which I questioned as a young healthy 23 year old with full sensation in my teeth.
Day-of surgery, The 3rd party surgeon ordered new xrays and determined the original diagnosis was wrong and no root canal was needed. I was free to go home.
Major loss of trust after experiencing this. I'm just thankful the 3rd party surgeon re-checked with new x rays and listened to my concern.
Otherwise, clean facility and friendly hygienists.

The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I had a partial crown that kept falling out due to questionable work from a different dentist, but Dr. Mitchell was able to replace it same day with an in-house CEREC crown and I haven't had any issues since.

I had a fantastic experience at Pinnacle Modern Dentristy. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff is very friendly. The work done was excellent. I never felt like I was having any unnecessary work or being overcharged! I would recommend!

They call you a day before your appointment and ask to reschedule you four months in the future. They do this over and over again. It's a sign of a poorly run business. I'm finding another dentist.

BEWARE! My husband woke up Saturday morning with a toothache. It got progressively worse, so since we were patients of this practice, we called the emergency number they have listed on their website. No one answered, so we left a message. Someone called back two hours later to tell us no one would be available to help until Tuesday--three days later. When my husband asked what he should do, she told him she would check with someone and call us back...which she never did. Fortunately, we found another dentist who treated his abscess with a root canal. We WILL be changing dentists.

Pinnacle Modern Dentistry underwent changes during Covid--They shut down and reopened without letting their patients know plus my dentist that worked there is no longer there so very upset about that!!! Its all about the relationship for me---so most likely will need to find a new dentist!!!
