The best dentist office I have ever been to. Seriously, they treat you like a V.I.P. from one end of the house to the other. I wont go anywhere else. They are simply the best!

Told my wife that she needed her wisdom teeth pulled out when she had gotten the procedure to remove her wisdom teeth a year ago, the dentist did a lazy job and they will be losing our business because of it. They are all about the money and not the care of the patient

Tiffany was amazing! She was so warm and kind and puts you at ease. She was gentle and told me what was okay and what I should keep an eye on. Also a special shout out to Gina (spelled wrong). She gives the best customer service evah! Highly recommend.

Several months ago I came in for a consultation about repair or replacement of a front tooth in my denture. I was ushered into an exam room and strongly encouraged to recline in the patient chair which was not necessary for my needs. The consultation was uncomfortable in that I had to raise and turn my head to speak to the technician with an unnecessary napkin chained around my neck. After my denture was taken for repair, a sales rep came and even though I made it clear I wasn’t interested because I had 2 sets of dentures made years ago, pressured me into listening to a presentation on your extensive line of new dentures.
The repair was well done and I’m happy with it. Which is the reason I returned to have the another front tooth repaired or replaced.
This time I was ushered into the room and told to sit in the chair. There were 3 chairs in the room so I took the roll around one this time. The very large man said no you sit here, pointing to the reclining exam chair. I said no thank you. He said. Yes you sit here. I said no. that’s ok. He insisted again and I asked why and he forcefully said. “Because that is my space where I work.” So I sat in the reclining chair and had a napkin chained around my neck. (The only thing displayed on his work monitor was a Baggin’s menu.)
The first of 2 repair men came in and I had the same uncomfortable conversation about my broken denture. He was surprised to see I had my replacement denture in my mouth. He went to consult another man who came and continued the conversation. My decision was to have the tooth repaired for about half the charge of a replacement. When I got the denture back the original tooth was in the case and replaced by a new tooth. It looks good but I don’t expect to have a bill sent to me for the replacement charge.

Good service from staff. .Long WAIT TIMES. Had to go back.
Needed a dentist that took my insurance. Good help there by the staff.
Louis was a great help here as an assistant. Like the place. Need to be more on the times scheduled.

This was my first visit to Aspen. The people were very friendly, the facility was clean and most importantly everyone knew their job and did it excellently. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Thanks again to everyone there. Bruce & Sue!

Friendly, caring staff! I really felt like they put me & my needs first. They kept me calm & made me laugh. Who else can say they had a great time at the dentist?!

I recently had a broken tooth pulled by these people, and i feel like i was not treated like a human. They took 10 minutes to pull it out and send me out the door, without giving me stiches, and i was not giving any pain relief prescription. I'm now in pain with an open hole in my mouth. I'm never going to let these people near my teeth ever again!!!

This is a five star rating. Promptly seen at the time of my first new patient appointment. Courteous and professional staff. Started work on dental plate same day. Rates are very reasonable. And much less oostly than private detnists I checked.
