I walked in without an appointment first thing in the morning I was seen almost immediately. Not only very friendly, personal, and concerned about my pain issues, I left with a prescription for antibiotics, and rescheduled my appointment 5 days later, by bedtime my pain was in the 1-2 range compared to the 9-10 I was feeling when I walked in and most of the swelling in my face was almost gone. If I could give stars like the pain schedule from 1-10, they would have all 10. I will go back in a heartbeat for any other Dental needs I may have.

I''ve just returned from Aspen Dental and had a really pleasant experience there. My usual dentist was booked through Tuesday and couldn't see me until then but Aspen Dental was able to have a dentist see me right away. I even arrived a little early and although they were busy they were still able to get me checked in pretty quick. Every staff member I interacted with, from the xray guy, to the dental assistant, to the dentist, to the insurance/finance guy, they were all incredibly congenial and very professional. I'm pretty sure I've found a new dentist's office.

The people were nice but that was not the issue. The issue was that what happened was completely unexpected. I was initially going in to have ONE tooth pulled and was told I would need to have my wisdom tooth pulled also. However I was told that a surgeon was going to have to pull it instead and that they could pull the one tooth I needed right away. 2 short days later I go back in to get the ONE tooth pulled and was told they would not pull that tooth with out pulling the other one. The other one being the tooth they had told me a surgeon would have to remove. Not only was I unprepared due to lack of communication and incorrect communication it was also more money I had to spend that honestly due to the pandemic I really didn't have to spare at the moment. I had a tooth infection so I needed to get the first tooth out as soon as possible due to discomfort and a lot of pain. I ended up having to get both pulled. Then while doing the extraction, the dentist was very rough and ended up emotionally tramatizing me. He even told me he didn't have to hit the gym tonight because of how intense it was pulling my teeth. They then told me once it was done to use ibuprofen and Tylenol for pain. One of the teeth pulled was a wisdom tooth that required slicing my gums. They even put stitches. But no pain meds. My husband ended up calling them when we got home due to the pain already starting to kick in before they would give me any pain meds. I feel like the communication could be a lot better from everyone who works there. It would have saved me a lot of time and stress. I will not be going back to this office and would recommend others do not do so either. My mother in law, father and mother all had similar experiences. I feel like no one in this office is on the same page and it effects the patients 100%. The only reason I went here is because it was a Saturday and I needed to get in and get my ONE tooth pulled as soon as possible due to pain. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT HERE it will save so much time and emotional stress. This experience makes me not want to ever go back to the dentist again.

Amazing amazing amazing I just would like to give a shout out to all the staff at Aspen dental on Broadway and Wilmont in Tucson Arizona they were so professional so helpful the environment was so clean and updated. Thank you again to Anthony the assistant who went above and beyond for me and to Rene the office manager who if it wasn’t for him working with me there’s no way this would have been possible financially. Thank you again to all of you. I would highly recommend this dental office any day of the week. Thank you so much

I hate to write negative reviews but I feel like this time it is necessary. I came here about two weeks ago after reading that they were fairly affordable. I have cavity prone teeth and I had not been to a dentist in about 2 years so I was expecting to have a few. After my x-rays were taken a hygienist came in and looked at my gums, she told me I needed a deep cleaning, fluoride, and an overpriced electric tooth brush. The dentist then eventually came in and looked at my x-rays, without even looking at my teeth he began writing up a procedure plan which consisted of about 8 fillings and 2 crowns! He did not even look at my teeth until I mentioned that I had an old filling fall out and even still he just looked for about 4 seconds at just that single tooth. He then made a snarky comment about me not having insurance before passing me on to the office manager to go over my payment plan. They push for you to sign up for care credit so you can just pay for the procedure up front even though I wanted to make multiple visits and pay with cash like I am used to doing. Before they could get me to sign to come in and start any procedures I told them I'd get another opinion because something seemed fishy. I'm glad I did. I do NOT need 8 fillings and 2 crowns after all. If you're going to go here I'd recommend getting a second opinion before you let them start charging you, this is definitely a DRILL AND BILL joint.

Note how admin only responds to positive reviews, no accountability. They leave their patients unattended and sedated. They had him sedated when they brought me back and no one was in the room. It had been an hour and they hadn't started. The front desk gal, Jessica, is rude, unprofessional, and has an attitude of someone half her age when she's on the phone. She rolls her eyes, sighs and scoffs at people on the phone. No one wants to wait around here as it is, but especially around that kind of energy. In person and to your face shes helpful. That's why I'm giving 2 instead of 1 star. I was looking for a new dentist but wont be coming here, regardless of how well the dentist treats my loved one.

I was experiencing pain and swelling from a tooth I was pretty sure needed to be pulled. I was able to get an appointment at Aspen immediately, which was nice, but unexpected. I have an enormous fear of the dentist, and as a result have done a poor job maintaining my oral well being. I knew upon x-raying and assorted examination, I would be advised to have various dental procedures done. Sure enough, as predicted, after enduring an uncomfortable/somewhat painful x-ray session (who has 'painful' x-rays, right?) with a tech who would do well to take it down a notch or two was presented with an assortment of recommendations...root canal here, extraction there, etc., but after speaking with the dentist, he said we could work on these other newly discovered issues over time. He said that on this visit, he would only focus on the tooth giving me the pain and swelling that prompted my visit in the first place. Fair enough. I reclined in the chair 10-20 minutes after this, waiting for his return only to finally have a nurse come in to verify that they would be doing multiple extractions on both upper and lower teeth, etc., etc. I told her no, that the dentist and I had agreed we would only be addressing the one problem tooth that day. She very matter-of-fact told me that he would not do just one tooth. He doesn't do that. So, I dismounted my dental recliner and made my way to the exit with every bit of pain and swelling I had arrived with. So, how concerned with patients' well being is Aspen Dental?

I called 3 hours ahead of time to schedule an appointment and get my insurance information settled. I waited over an hour in the lobby after I was scheduled and told the office staff to reschedule me because I was done waiting. Then after the second appointment I found out they screwed up my insurance and are overcharging me. I've tried to give them the contact info for my insurance and the office staff refuses to follow simple directions, and are rude to me for trying to help them.

Edit:
After spending an hour on the phone and coming in twice to talk to the office staff. They still told me I had no insurance when I walked in for my appointment. One lady I talked over the phone even insisted I had only bought a 14 day insurance plan. Who sells 2 week insurance? I came in with a boat load of paper work and finally get them to put in my info, after yelling for 15 mins in their office. Then I had them break down my fees; they tried to charge me 120 for an electric toothbrush that they never mentioned. They needed payment ahead and nobody told me about the toothbrush until I had them itemize everything. When I walked in they quoted me at around 600, after my insurance it was 188. They could have saved me hours of hassle had they had just called my individual insurance agent contact. I told each one of the office staff twice to call and they just ignored me. The office manager didn't even have the common decency to write his name down as I was sitting in front front of her spelling it out.

Actual cleaning was good.
