First of doctor seems to know what he is doing but everyone else not. First they charge me of 3000$ for my desperate need implant, and then later they lost the record of me paying and give me the invoice for 1300$ for after the insurance paid for. So I had to show my credit card statement to show my transaction. The during the operation for implant, doctor assistance didn’t prepare the right equipment make the doctor run like crazy find tool while my mouth white open, and then blame the assistant in front of me. Then later my implant screw top came loose and almost fall off, I call to tight to back up they make me wait for 4 days to tight to back. So I have loose screw in my mouth, I couldn’t eat anything properly, even drinking water, afraid that I could swallow the screw all weekend long and 2 more days wait.

The tech did a good job of explaining the appliance use and care to me. I am quite pleased with my experience here.
