Appallingly Rude! Cruel to a toddler! My 3 year old daughter has a cavity and I booked a consult for filling. We showed up 15 minutes early, were there 5 minutes, my daughter sat in the chair and they made us leave!
I'm a single mom that works 60 hours per week. I had a business call from the UK at 3pm that was wrapping up. A business call that would normally cost hundreds of dollars, and she was helping me to get a business scholarship so that I can stop struggling and better provide for my daughter.
Our appointment was at 4:30, I arrived early at 4:10 and waited outside the front door about 5 minutes before they acknowledged us. I figured we'd be waiting in the waiting room, but they took us back as I was wrapping up the call. The red haired nurse got my daughter situated. The stocky brunette nurse came in and aggressively told me to get off the phone. I explained to her that I would be finished in 5 minutes and that we were still 15 early. I apologized to her and told her it was extremely important but that the call was ending. The stocky nurse left and came back maybe 3 minutes later and told my daughter and I to leave. She yelled at us and told me I should have stayed in my car and told us to get out of the office.
My poor toddler has an awful cavity and asked as we were leaving why she couldn't be seen and why the dentist was so mean, it broke my heart.
I have never been treated with such anger and contempt. I can't fathom that this is a medical office. A dirty pub wouldn't even treat people that badly.
I saw the Bible at the front, clearly it's just for show. These people were cruel and angry. I'm disappointed for my daughter but glad they showed their true colors before we gave them any money. I am absolutely disgusted.

Went here for the first time last week and have been there several times since. I’ve had such an amazing experience every time I go there. All the staff is so nice and knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for a better office. I would definitely recommend them. I had Dr.Warren as my dentist and he was so friendly and attentive. He listened to everything I said and I felt very comfortable. I also saw Stephanie as my hygienist who was friendly and explained everything she was doing. They both made sure I was comfortable and understood everything they were doing. They even checked on me after my root canal. I can’t thank them enough

The entire staff is extremely warm, knowledgeable and professional. It starts with reminders a week out and day before appointment. Timeliness and efficiency of the appointments itself is great. The hygienists are top notch, and personable and I have the utmost trust in Drs Potter and Warren. They keep the customer experience and level of care top priority.

I have no bone back where wisdom teeth were and a very sensitive gag reflex on the right side of my mouth. Dr. Porter and his staff made it where I could wear my temporary dentures without any problems. Dr. and staff are always in a good mood and very friendly.
